許久前曾經介紹過使用 Google Maps 網路地圖來刊載內政部地政司房屋買賣實價登錄資訊的網站（實價登錄地圖），當時引起相當多回響，除了政府單位的網站一向做得很爛、查一查還會塞車當機之外，民間自製的版本更方便好用、更人性化也是廣受歡迎的原因之一。但台灣各級政府單位對於原本就應該開放公眾查詢、運用的公開資料卻還是偷偷摸摸遮遮掩掩的，不讓其他開發者用更完美的方式來呈現、造福人群。之前甚至還把相關數字、資訊改用圖片呈現的方式禁止他人擷取，完全不符合數位時代 Open data 的潮流，也不甩人民資訊取得的自由與基本權益。

後來因為一些原因，原本的實價登錄地圖網站已經關閉、停止服務了，儘管之前有些風風雨雨，不過政府方面對於資料開放這件事似乎好像有點知道是在幹嘛，但還是很詭異地從各方面限縮民眾知的權益（譬如說只能查詢一個月內的資訊）。

之後陸陸續續也有十多個實價登錄地圖的網站出現，很多房仲也者也自己弄了類似的服務讓大家查詢。前一陣子有網友推薦了另外這個「迪歐版 實價登錄地圖」看起來還更好用些，有需要的人可以開來試試看。

「迪歐版 實價登錄地圖」目前已經收錄全台灣 22 萬筆以上的資料，網站介面除了超大面積的 Google Maps 網路地圖之外，網站上方還提供了縣市鄉鎮選擇、房地、房地含車位、土地、建物、車位..等篩選方式，讓我們可以很輕鬆的尋找、過濾目標地點的公寓、透天厝、大樓、華夏、套房、店面、商辦、工廠、農舍、倉庫..等等各種物件。除此之外，還能依照坪數、屋齡、所在樓層、總價與單價..等各種標準來篩選，真的相當方便！

【王毓健／綜合報導】百屆環法自由車賽(Le Tour de France)第19站續在阿爾卑斯(Alps)山區騎行，204.5公里長距離，外加開始連2座海拔2000公尺左右超級坡、後半段陰雨中2座1級坡，整慘眾家騎士，共5人退賽，創本屆環法單站紀錄。
 
《單車身活》總編輯張壽生分析：「這1站在台灣很難找到相仿的路線，只能要跳躍接龍的方式來比擬。基本上就是先爬過陽金公路，接著再登太平山，下宜蘭接台7線往北，最後再上台9線小格頭，下坡到碧潭。」
 
葡萄牙騎士柯斯塔(Rui Alberto Costa)以5小時59分01秒完賽，奪得單站冠軍；德國名將柯勒登(Andreas Klöden)晚他48秒抵達，他們是僅有能在6小時內完賽2人。
 
個人總成績冠軍黃衫並未易主，英國車手弗洛姆(Christopher Froome)累計騎行時間77小時10分00秒，仍領先2007、09年2屆冠軍西班牙名將康塔多(Alberto Contador)5分11秒。
 
除非康塔多在第20站奇蹟逆轉，否則21日弗洛姆確定會穿著黃衫通過巴黎凱旋門，這也是英國車手連2年稱霸環法賽。按照慣例，任何參賽騎士不該在最後1站試圖逆轉個人總成績戰局，最後賽段是屬於黃衫享受榮耀的賽段。
 
不過康塔多所屬丹麥盛寶銀行車隊(Team Saxo Bank-Tinkoff)仍在爭奪車隊冠軍上有優勢，他們累計騎行時間230小時46分35秒，領先榜眼美國無線電城(Radioshack Leopard)3分39秒。
 
衝刺王綠衫歸屬，斯洛伐克名將薩根(Peter Sagan)380遙遙領先，優勢達102積分，相對穩固。
 
登山王紅點衫仍有懸念，弗洛姆第19站以穩健保住黃衫為主，登山積分掛0，雖仍以104積分居首，但地主名將羅蘭(Pierre Rolland)單站搶下52分，從第8躍居第2，只落後弗洛姆1分。
 
在阿爾卑斯山區表現搶眼的哥倫比亞好手昆塔納羅哈斯(N.A. Quintana Rojas)在青年王白衫(25歲以下)爭奪優勢巨大，累計騎行時間77小時15分32秒，領先身後追兵超過10分鐘。

這個問題不是無線分享器的問題，就是你手機的Wifi有問題。

如果你有筆電(或是有裝無線網路卡的桌電，PCI或USB介面皆可)，可以用筆電嘗試連線該台分享器的Wifi。如果一樣無法連線，那就可以確定是該分享器故障了。如還在保固期內可送修看看，否則直接換一台比較划算。

如果筆電(或桌電)可以正常連線，那就可能是你手機的Wifi有問題；可以拿去當初買的的店家檢修或直接送回原廠檢修。
