【李英婷／台北報導】國民黨立委蔡正元今召開公聽會，研擬如何有效遏阻校園三級毒品氾濫問題。奇幻文化藝術基金會執行長朱學恆指出，Ｋ他命僅販賣、持有超過20克以上才有刑責，吸食者則無，導致學校教官無法強制隔離問題學生，藥頭透過學生推銷，毒品在校園氾濫。

民進黨立委黃偉哲認為，修法將Ｋ他命從三級毒品改列二級毒品，或提高刑責，才能解決問題。對此，法務部檢察司司長朱家崎表示，Ｋ他命的成癮性極低，對吸食學生必須保護與教育，不宜透過刑責嚇阻；且加強追緝藥頭，學生取得不易，即可有效嚇阻。警政署贊成改列二級毒品，但尊重法務部。　　

教育部副司長李泊言則指出，學生多是好奇誤用，Ｋ他命不宜改列二級毒品，危害受教權。李還提出，若真要改善，立法院可協助修訂《毒品防制條例》，讓教育部從國小至高中列管吸食名冊，可直接轉交大學，持續輔導關懷學生狀況。
