委託賣屋違約 高國華判賠

（中央社記者黃意涵台北16日電）補教老師高國華被控與地產公司簽訂專任委託銷售契約後，不與買方簽買賣契約。台灣高等法院今判高國華賠償新台幣489萬元。
根據判決書指出，高國華想出售位於台北市松山區的房地，於民國100年8月間，與一家地產公司分別簽訂一般委託銷售契約及專任委託銷售契約，約定只能由此地產公司「獨家」洽詢買家議價。
地產公司控訴，已於同年9月間覓得符合底價的買方，但高國華卻屢藉故不到，不與買方簽訂議價委託書及買賣契約，請求對方給付違約金，即銷售總價的6%服務報酬計489萬元。
高國華主張，兩造是先簽專任委託銷售契約，才簽一般委託銷售契約，使各仲介業者自由競爭以取得最高議價。此外，簽約時未獲3日的審閱期，使他在對自身權利義務一知半解的情況下簽約，他無須付違約責任。
法院一審依契約形式及地產公司提供的錄音內容等，認為兩造是先簽一般委託銷售契約，後簽專任委託銷售契約。此外，高國華未否認曾攜回契約，也有近1個月的審閱機會，且又是專業出名的補習班教師，具房屋買賣投資交易多年經驗等，判高國華給付489萬元。
高國華提起上訴，高院審理後駁回，全案還可上訴。1020716

Line用戶 7月可望破2億

（中央社台北16日電）彭博社報導，南韓最大網路搜尋引擎公司NHN Corp.旗下的Line Corp.表示，其即時通訊應用程式在西班牙等海外市場人氣攀升，這個月用戶數有望突破2億。
Line行銷傳播部資深經理矢島(聰)（Satoshi Yajima）上週在東京受訪時表示，公司的目標是至少達10億名使用者。根據Line，截至6月26日，Line應用程式註冊用戶數達1億8000萬。
Line在1月也就是推出後19個月，使用者攀抵1億名後成長也加快了，幾乎是臉書公司（Facebook Inc.）社群網站成長速度的3倍。個人電腦（PC）和搭載谷歌公司（Google Inc.）Android及蘋果公司（AppleInc.）iOS軟體的智慧型手機等行動電話都可使用Line。
在47個國家免費下載排名超越蘋果或谷歌應用程式的Line用戶，聊天時可使用卡通人物等其他貼圖。用戶也可以傳送照片和錄製免費的語音電話。
根據NHN，Line擁有的1億8000萬使用者中，日本用戶超過4500萬名，西班牙和印尼各占1000萬名。台灣和泰國用戶分別有1500萬名左右。

小黃載客下車 遭機車追撞

【陸運鋒／台北報導】今天凌晨2時許台北市發生一起追撞車禍意外，陳姓計程車司機當時正準備讓客人下車，1輛機車突然從後方追撞，還好騎士僅輕微擦傷。警方表示，會釐清車禍肇事責任並調查是否有酒駕的情形。
