【王玉樹／台北報導】去年底完工的石門水庫排砂隧道，今天首度啟用(http://tinyurl.com/079579)！位於水庫173公尺處的排砂隧道，今日上午8時30分利用蘇力颱風帶來溢重流攪動庫底時開啟，進行每秒300立公尺排砂，至下午5時止，共排砂達25萬噸，以市價每清淤1噸底砂500元來計算，今天石門水庫利用颱風天排砂，共省下1億2500萬清淤費。

【陳方瑩／南投報導】蘇力颱風入夜後發威，南投縣仁愛鄉風強雨大，仁愛鄉內主要聯絡道路往惠蓀林場的投80線、往武界部落的投71線、往平靜部落的投85線，及投89線力行產業道路沿途三個村，都因落石坍方而交通中斷，警方指出，全鄉只剩中正村還暢通，土石流危險地區住戶昨日均已撤離，目前人員都平安，糧食也足夠，鄉公所各開口廠商正積極搶通中。

埔里工務段為考量安全，昨晚10時封閉埔里往霧社台14線觀音瀑布路段，今上午有部分清境、春陽地區的遊客被風雨嚇到了，急著要下山。工務段長吳銚堂指出，天亮後台14線與台14甲線沿途到處樹林倒塌、零星落石坍方，已派機具趕工清理，預計下午2時恢復通車。
