標題[心得] ANYYOUNG杏仁酸好用

最近因為年紀越來越大(27歲) 發現自己痘疤越來越不容易消掉 毛孔粗大的問題也蠻明顯的 於是向在整形外科執業的哥哥求救 他給了我這瓶杏仁酸用，跟我說去角質之類的都蠻有效 使用過後痘疤真的有明顯變淡，而且皮膚變得比較光滑 不過可能是酸性比較強烈，嘴唇會有點脫皮 所以盡量兩三天用一次 總之推薦給版友囉 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.160.42.181

標題[心得] HTC summer intern 行銷 面試分享

背景:某老牌私立商科學士(應屆),成績普普,GPA大約3.0,TOEIC 700 系學會兩年,一年為幹部 打工經驗都為短期但多種類, (百貨工讀,會議接待,活動執行,旅展業務,餐飲...等等) 實習經驗一次為暑期實習,一次實習約半年,都是非常小的公司 前言:為什麼會想應徵這個職缺是因為,行銷類的工作現在大部分 都要求有相關經驗,所以之前投的相關職缺都沒回應, 剛好看到這個訊息,想說如果有機會累積行銷實務的話, 應該對於自己會有幫助,再加上之前在網路上做功課, 查到應該是有pay的,所以就上htc網站填寫履歷了。 HTC 類型:summer intern 7-8月 職位:行銷推廣 工作內容:執行一個百萬的計畫,並非指銷售金額,而是指其他數字,譬如說顧客接觸數,回 應數,...等等各種數據 (每年目標和計畫會不同) pay:24K基本+3K績效獎金 原則上週休二日(還是依照你所屬的team計畫為主) 結果:未錄取(無通知) 心得: 1.投遞履歷人數約三千多人,學士碩博士,海內外都有,最後約三百人進入面試 2.面試時八個人為一小組,先進行智力測驗(空間,數列,邏輯....等等)題數不多 然後簡單介紹一下HTC,這中間有人會記錄你的發問次數和頻率 3.筆試完後帶到會議室團體面試,面試我把它分成四個部分(以下三個部分都有助理在紀錄 你的表現,包括主動性等等) Part1.(此部分全英文,主管也用英文介紹及說明流程) 首先主管請每個人用英文自我介紹(沒有指定誰先開始,完全看你是否主動) (假設第一個人為A)然後會問說有沒有其他人有問題要問A同學 假設B自願問A A就回答 然後主管就會直接請B自我介紹,以此類推到最後全部都介紹完 Part2.(中文) 請每個人輪流介紹(銷售)手機,今年為new one 個人銷售完之後,每個人手上有一個硬幣,要你選出你會向誰購買 再來將八個人分為兩組,由主管遴選兩人為team leader leader輪流選擇其他面試者成為一個team 之後給你一些時間,讓兩個team討論要如何銷售 銷售對象為該主管主管會選出會向哪個team購買 Part3.(中文) 承part2,主管選出一組後,會輪流對兩組的leader提出一些問題, 問題大致上是:如果你的team要砍掉/留下n個人,你會選擇誰? 你覺得team裡面誰表現不好? 這部分會氣氛會變得很嚴肅,假如你被leader點名要被砍 主管會問你"你覺得leader的決定你可以接受嗎?" "leader為什麼會做這個決定" 之類的問題 總而言之在這部分你要自己站得住腳,提出自己的觀點甚至是反駁(要合理) 有的人就很認分的被砍,這時主管就會質問你一些東西 在這部分會看很極端,有的人很沒自信,有的人認為leader錯了...等等 我認為最後錄取與否會有很大的因素在這部分 Part4.(中文) 最後部分就是收尾以及Q&A,主管也會說明為什麼前部分要這樣質問, 他有強調英文及銷售口才不是最重要的部分,他們要的是發揮team的綜效, 所以每個team會有領導型的,順從型的等等.. 4.我這個小組的同學有台大有國際經驗 輔大 政大 嘉義 中山的大一生...等等 然後學歷不是最大考量,主要還是team的組成 5.最後是錄取60人,10人一組,北中南都有,北部好像四組,其他各一組(有點忘了) 台北的話就是到新店總部上班,可使用公司健身房,餐廳等等 希望能幫到明年有意要爭取的朋友們 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.169.176.46 ※ 編輯: hsu7902 來自: 118.169.176.46 (07/10 13:49)
