最近看到戀愛魔鏡的眼影系列想要買
想請問各位我要選哪些比較好入手??
可以幫我選幾款顏色嗎??
(順便教一下,怎麼用)
還有聽說眼影先用白色打底的話,再上的顏色會比較好看,那要選哪款的好??

ps.我喜歡紫色,可以幫我選一款紫色系的嗎?(不要畫起來很濃的,比較不偏好濃妝)

【顏嘉瑩／新北報導】新北市政府消保官針對新北市各成屋案的「成屋買賣定型化契約」查核，並向民眾宣導「成屋買賣定型化契約應記載及不得記載事項」的相關規定。

新北市政府提醒，消費者在購買成屋時，依據「成屋買賣定型化契約應記載及不得記載事項」規定，應該要注意買賣標的範圍、原設定抵押權之處理、貸款金額少於預定貸款金額的處理方式、貸款金額支付方式、賣方負責的交屋責任、賣方瑕疵擔保責任、違規處罰事項，及交付建物現況說明書等。

「成屋買賣定型化契約」中若發現不合理，應該向銷售人員詢問。

ETF Securities日前指出，今年第2季全球黃金ETP淨流出金額185億美元，創下2003年黃金ETP誕生以來最大的季度拋售規模，市場大幅拋售黃金，造成第2季金價跌幅達23%，拖累第2季境外黃金基金績效平均跌幅逾三成，是第1季的一倍以上。

ETF Securities是倫敦交易所交易產品（ETP）供應商，ETF Securities日前指出，第2季度黃金ETP的拋售規模創2003年來新高，主要是宏觀經濟前景改善，美元表現強勁，降低黃金商品的吸引力。

富蘭克林華美天然資源組合基金經理人胡志豪表示，今年以來金價已跌逾兩成，黃金ETF也遭投資人拋售逾500公噸，黃金空頭市場已然成型，不過，夏季通常是黃金需求大國迎接秋天結婚季及慶典前的購買黃金旺季，不排除金價有短線反彈機會；然而，若從基本面來看，美國利率走升及強勢美元，黃金恐無長期持有的理由。

摩根環球天然資源基金經理人奈爾‧葛瑞森（Neil Gregson）指出，由於市場避險需求大幅下滑，黃金價格持續疲軟，尤其在QE退場時程確立後，黃金價格便跌破每盎司1,300美元大關，今年來金價跌幅更逾25%。

葛瑞森認為，除了QE規模縮減代表景氣復甦的意義，進一步加重金價跌幅，通膨壓力大幅減輕，美、日等國際股市表現亮眼，也進一步削弱投資人對黃金保值的興趣，將難以支撐金價走勢。

不過，過去一周，金價已出現跌深反彈，在1,200美元附近震盪，貝萊德世界黃金基金經理人韓艾飛（Evy Hambro）表示，黃金公司的開採成本估計約在每盎司1,100-1,300美元左右的水準，目前的黃金價格已貼近這樣的水位，如果低於這個價格，會對黃金公司構成衝擊，根據過去的資料顯示，這情況不太可能發生，預期金價可望在貼近開採成本的價位來回測試，黃金價格底部可望逐步成形。

至於手中握有黃金基金的投資人，面臨此波金價走跌該如何因應？元大寶來黃金期信基金經理人方立寬指出，長線而論，金價偏空的走勢環境並無大幅逆轉，但中期走勢應已止穩，建議投資人若有必要需擇點部分停損，可思考資產配置方式，透過投資其他資產，彌補或是分散黃金投資失利的影響。

【王文傑／花蓮報導】花蓮市一名21歲梁姓工人（有妨害自由前科），不滿大他13歲的李姓鄰居（34歲，有毒品前科）長期向他勒索，今凌晨，梁約李到環保公園旁自行車步道，要給他5千元，趁機拿電纜剝皮刀，一連3刀割喉切斷李男氣管致死，事後梁男自首。

警方表示，梁男是台電維修外包工，隨身攜帶電纜剝皮刀，李男曾在鬥毆間幫梁檔1刀受傷，事後李男就經常向梁男勒索2000、5000元，導致梁男不堪其擾而行凶。

李父表示，兒子3年前離婚後失業、一人獨居，不清楚他的交友狀況。但兒子身高一米七，體重破百公斤，懷疑非一人所為，要求警方釐清。
