◇台灣重要新聞內容

■今年第7號颱風「蘇力」成形，氣象局預估，週五（12日）影響台灣。中央氣象局表示，今（8）日上午依舊維持高溫炎熱的天氣，下午有雷陣雨的天氣。西半部、東北部與東部地區午後有局部短暫雷陣雨，且晚上也可能下雨。

■財政部公布6月海關進出口統計，6月出口264.8億美元，較上月增0.5％，較去年同月亦增8.6％；其中電子產品出口達75.7億美元，為歷年單月第3高，並已連續4個月逾70億美元。

■雖然美股道瓊指數站回1萬5000點，但大陸傳出縮減中央支出，加上QE退場疑慮又起，陸股、港股今天又帶頭上演跳水比賽，台股早盤以平高盤開出後重挫，電子傳產紛紛不支，大盤一路震盪走低，加權指數收盤時下跌115.48點，以7886.34點作收，成交值萎縮至721.83億元。大盤今天又以百點長黑棒，一舉摜破5日、10日、月線與半年線等4條均線。

■周一 (8 日) 亞洲外匯市場早盤，美元兌一籃全球主要貨幣的美元指數衝上 3 年來新高點。因美國政府上周五 (5 日) 發布穩健就業成長數據，刺激市場預期美國聯準會 (Fed) 將早在今年 9 月便會縮減量化寬鬆 (QE) 貨幣刺激措施。

■服貿協議日前簽署，證交所出面喊話，指出兩岸簽訂服貿協議，台灣經濟前景可樂觀期待。其中金融服務業開放承諾，台灣向中國大陸方面爭取到15項優惠，為台灣金融業在陸拓展業務爭取更優惠條件，而台灣也做出 9 項開放具體承諾，包含銀行 4 項、證券期貨業 4 項、保險業 1 項，尤其證券業進一步開放，將能為兩岸資本市場優勢互補及競爭力之提升帶來效益。

■國人負債連2個月下降！財政部公布最新國債鐘，繼5月下降後，截至6月底止，在長債、短債都減少下，平均每人負擔債務又減少2000元，降為22.8萬元。more...

【綜合報導】邊聽音樂就能邊產電，還能直接幫手機或平板電腦充電，關鍵就在於這個太陽能耳機。
 
由蘇格蘭工程師安德魯安德森(Andrew Anderson)研發的太陽能耳機「OnBeat」，耳機帶上裝有太陽能板，在光照下戴上耳機，邊聽音樂就能邊生產電力，電力則會儲存在左右耳機內的充電式鋰電池中，再用USB傳輸線接上手機或平板，就能直接充電。
 
不過安德森並未說明到底能生產多少電力，但保證足以能讓手機充飽電，安德森在創業網站Kickstarter上，為OnBeat計畫籌資，目標募得20萬英鎊，以將這款耳機商業化，預計明年2月上市，售價為119英鎊，約5400台幣。

標題[問題] ZL 307有root無法OTA上423

標題[心得] 電腦黑屏排除心得

昨天玩WOW的時候 電腦突然黑屏 鍵盤滑鼠都不受控制 只能重新開機 使用的顯卡為5670 改裝S1烤肉架 再次開機的時候檢查溫度 平常常駐AIDA64觀察 CPU GPU 使用率\ 各風扇轉速\ CPU GPU MB溫度 進入WOW後 CPU 49度 使用率 56% GPU 52度 使用率 99% 風扇正常運作 WOW進行不久後 黑屏又產生了 而且已經開不了機了 問題排除: 拔掉顯示卡 使用內顯 正常開機 拿下的顯卡烤肉架溫度頗高 顯卡上的貼紙就像熱烘過的一樣失去黏性 問題改善: 拔下烤肉架 重上Y500 插上顯卡 正常開機 進入WOW後觀察AIDA64 CPU 49度 使用率59% GPU 49度 使用率70% 持續使用2-3小時 GPU溫度及使用率沒有什麼變化 問題推測: 顯卡和烤肉架之間的散熱膏已經硬化 加上烤肉架的重力作用拉開了二者之間的接觸面積 只是AIDA64顯示的GPU溫度並沒有反應出來 不過如果下次散熱膏開始硬化的話 或許可以從GPU使用率來判斷 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 203.74.132.166

【綜合報導】白宮正針對埃及軍方推翻總統莫西，是否為「政變」一事進行討論，如果白宮將軍方動作視為「政變」，埃及將無法再獲得美國每年15億美元的資助，因為美國憲法禁止國家金援軍事政變推翻民選政府的國家。

另一方面，埃及開羅周一爆發示威衝突，領導示威的穆斯林兄弟會表示，被推翻的莫西總統支持者，黎明在開羅共和國衞隊總部外祈禱時，遭軍警開槍射殺，造成少51名支持者以及3名軍警身亡，超過300多人受傷。穆斯林兄弟會呼籲支持者發動更多示威抗議，拒絕承認軍方成立的臨時政府。
