「過期」得補差價　泳池優惠券申訴多

【曾佳俊、李俊淇／新北報導】夏日炎炎正是游泳泡水的好季節，新北市多位民眾花錢購買泳池優惠套票或年票，沒想到隔了一段時間使用，被業者以超過「使用期限」為由，要求必須補30至50元不等差價，此舉讓消費者很不滿，認為已違反禮券定型化契約應記載與不得記載事項，向市府法制局與體育處等單位投訴。

新北市消保官說，最近已接獲至少7件相關投訴案，其實所謂的使用期限就是指「優惠期限」，業者確實可要求補差價，但不可拒絕收券及補價過高，泳池業者則說，如果不願補差價，可原價退費。

韓亞航空難　近平慰問死傷者及家屬

韓亞客機在美國舊金山墜機事件，中國國家主席習近平對事故中遇難的中國公民表示哀悼，同時對遇難中國公民家屬和受傷、生還中國公民及其他乘客表示慰問。

習近平指示外交部和中國駐美使館、駐舊金山總領館、駐韓國使館，妥善處理中國公民治療和生還中國公民安置工作，並且要與美國、南韓保持聯絡，妥善處理遇難中國公民善後工作。

狗比人值錢　臘腸狗車禍骨折獲賠9萬元

【潘岳／宜蘭報導】新北市1名陳姓女子，11個月前，抱著寵物臘腸狗，乘坐林姓友人機車到宜蘭遊玩，途中遭騎機車的陳姓男子違規右轉撞到，導致臘腸狗跳車時不慎右後腳骨折；陳女事後花了9萬餘元始治癒臘腸狗，並提出民事賠償，宜蘭地院今天判決陳男應全數賠償陳女，並得負擔近900元訴訟費。
 
陳女另外所提出1萬多元術後保健費與3萬元精神賠償費，法官認為屬於單純情感利益，屬無理由，予以駁回。
