可能我還會回來，但現在我很高興我不再是 Facebook 的一員

Ea8a074c0a45223a9d0c0ac262d1634d 本文作者 Owen Williams 是 TNW 的供稿作者，他在兩個星期之前刪掉了自己的 Facebook 帳號。為什麼他想離開 Facebook 呢？這一直是作者腦中揮之不去的問題，因此他決定將想法理清楚，並寫下來。

兩個星期前，思前想後，我還是刪掉了我的 Facebook 帳號。儘管按下刪除按鈕很簡單，但做這個決定絕非易事。Facebook 上有一堆像 Spotify 這種我不忍割捨的東西，也正是這些，我一次次的到了刪除頁面，又退了回來。

為什麼我想離開 Facebook 呢？這一直是我腦中揮之不去的問題，因此我決定將我的想法理清楚，並寫下來。隨著時間的推移，社群網站逐漸發展成了一個喜歡分享內容、狀態和照片的人，向那些被動接受這些資訊人群發佈消息的網路。更形象的一個詞叫做「圍觀」。

發佈新的內容，然後被人「圍觀」對我一點影響都沒有，讓我感到不安的是，在 Facebook 上我成了眾多被動接受資訊的一員。我在 Facebook 的日常行為就是每天花上幾分鐘的時間去刷新一下我的新聞流，然後關掉它。這是我獲知好友近況的方式，這些朋友我可能已經很久沒聯繫過了，我對他們也沒有真正想要深交的興趣。就是想看看他們最近在做什麼。

這種情況直接導致了下面的問題——其實跟 Instagram 很像，就是在 Facebook 上發佈的狀態和照片都是好友生命中非常「棒」的時刻，不好的都被直接省略了。這是一件非常令人沮喪的事情——我對著電腦或者手機，刷的照片和狀態都是他們生活裡最開心、有趣和幸福的時光，而我只能獨自一個人默默的坐著刷著「他們」。

這並不是說，我的真實生活就很無聊。其實我也有一幫非常好的朋友，他們也會做跟我類似的事情，只是看問題的視角是件很好玩的事情，尤其是你只看到事物美好的一面時。這層理解，在我決定放棄追隨了一年半的信仰開啟人生全新的旅途後，更加深刻了。信仰的社交色彩很重，因為共同的信仰會讓你有一個基本上每週都會碰面的朋友圈。

而在我決心離開之後，我和這個朋友圈裡的大部分人失去了聯絡。這種失聯並非出於怨恨或者對某種「壞影響」的顧慮，而是他們可能有太多同信仰有關的活動要參加，根本沒空搭理我。而當我的生活出現劇變時，Facebook 扮演的角色就很有趣了，它會加重這種斷聯、被活動在外的印象。當然，我仍然會有一些身處那個圈子的好朋友，但新的「圈子」相比過去大幅縮水。

因此，對我而言 Facebook 就變成了一個需要不斷重複感知「被排除在外」，以及瞭解過去人和事的地方，同樣，Facebook 上也出現了很多風馬牛不相及的資訊。我的很多朋友壓根兒就不會在 Facebook 上發帖，資訊流裡也永遠重複著相同的面孔，你順著時間流刷下來，會發現絕大多數更新對你幾乎毫無意義，不斷重複的面孔似乎在玩著一個「 有誰會回復我嗎？」 的試探性遊戲。

我沒有通過 Facebook 這個平台交到一個新的好朋友，我也沒有通過點讚和私信獲得更多有價值的交流。對一個被動接受資訊的人來說，Facebook 上散發出來的自戀氣息我也不喜歡。仔細算起來，其實我有大量閒暇的時光就在不斷查看 Facebook 資訊流中悄然流逝了。

Facebook 讓我們變成了更懶的朋友。

看看你的 Facebook 搜索歷史，上次同好友有一次真正的對話是什麼時候？

同 Facebook 的經驗相比，Twitter 現在對我來說更有價值。我已經通過 Twitter 網路上認識了一幫非常不錯的人，在真實生活中也成了非常好的朋友。我也認識了一些可能從沒見面，但「臭味相投」的人。我還經常參加在 Twitter 上發佈的活動，在活動上，你總能認識一些新的人。

到現在為止，我已經有兩周的時間沒上 Facebook 了，空出來的時間我都用來做更加有意義的事情，比如兩周內我讀了三本書，同時我也開始對前端開發充滿興趣。除了 Twitter，我不會盯著螢幕，一刷就是好半天。我也不會因為某條狀態或內容被讚，而獲得短暫的滿足，覺得自己好像真的就有跟人深入的互動一樣。

這是種解脫。

可能過去我花太多時間在那兒了，現在不會了。我的生活也沒有變的更糟，反而變得更好了。也許有一天我還是會回去，但是就目前的情況來說，我很高興我不再是 Facebook 的一員。(owened.co.nz)

【蔡裕隆／新北報導】中華隊「野獸」林志傑銳不可當，今晚瓊斯盃男籃賽出戰本屆首度亮相的美國隊，遠投近切無往不利，狂轟全場最高30分，帶領中華隊以89比84贏球，也拉出2連勝氣勢。
 
經歷4季中國CBA(Chinese Basketball Association，中國男子籃球職業聯賽)洗禮的林志傑，每年只有瓊斯盃可以在台灣球迷面前獻藝，「獸迷」也都把握機會一睹林志傑風采，並且帶著加油標語來替林志傑打氣。
 
林志傑今年被賦予隊長重任，備戰狀況也特別好，昨天大秀投、切、傳美技，看得全場逾5000位球迷如痴如狂，也帶領中華隊克服第4節中曾落後2分劣勢，拉出一波14比2反撲攻勢，再將領先差距擴大至10分，奠定勝基。
 
中華隊張宗憲與陳世杰在這波反撲攻勢，大肆展現切入破壞力，各拿下4分，也為贏球立下汗馬功勞。

詐騙集團臉書偷個資 跨海設局騙匯款

【陳郁仁／台北報導】我國出國度假打工人數日益增多，但外交部今天表示，近來有詐騙集團從旅外國人的「臉書」竊取個人資訊、在台親友的聯絡資料等，再以電子郵件、電話或簡訊等方式，誆騙國內家人說海外親友遭竊、受傷住院、或遭綁架、逮捕，並要求匯款，提醒國人勿受騙，隨時與在台親友保持聯繫，並注意個人「臉書」等社群網站帳戶上親友聯絡資料的保密措施。

外交部發言人高安表示，詐騙集團會先打電話給旅外的國人，假裝是推銷讓電話佔線，或不斷騷擾讓旅外國人關機，接著再致電欺騙國內親友，因國內家人聯絡不上關機或佔線的旅外家人，無法查證，所以容易受騙。

在電影院前 我猶豫了一下 如果選怪獸電力公司，就會背叛小時候心目中的英雄超人，在兩個都不得罪的情況下，我 只能選淒厲人妻，但難得的一個假日，幹嘛選鬼片嚇自己。 在選個電影還要天人交戰的情況下........ 我看到一絲曙光在電影牆的右下角出現 Owen Wilson& Vince Vaughn 主演的"The Internship" 可能是之前"The Wedding Crashers"的經驗法則 讓我說服自己 這一部電影應該會很好笑 這是一部很典型的勵志片 將近2小時的劇情 沒有冷場 GOOGLE的強力放送 幽默的對話 還有真實反映當下社會所發生的情形 1.我們面對不再是人，而是網路背後的人群 2.孩子的學習，只為了進入令人稱羨的大公司窄門 3.功利主義導向，我們漸漸忘了團隊合作，小兵也能立大功的重要性 一直到現在 陪伴我的始終是那隻股價跌到不行的nokia智障型手機 我始終相信網路的虛擬是假的 唯有和人的相處才是真實的 智慧型手機的普及網路的發達 讓遠的人距離變近了 但他卻讓近在咫尺的人 距離變得更遠了 曾經動搖過的信念 看完這部片 才重新找回自己的初衷 人沒有必要隨波逐流 而是要勇於做自己 我很喜歡裡面的一句話 「只要你願意抬起頭，世界將會變得很不一樣」 不要讓自己的視野困在一個4.3吋的螢幕裡(尺寸視大小而定= =) 人生 總是穿插著許多劇情 影響成長的每個階段 小時候 必須看小孩不笨 求學時 你要看三個傻瓜 出了社會 你更要看 ” The Internship” 推薦大家 -- -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.43.146.237

僱主壓榨拗「幫忙」　孕婦頂烈日搬碎石

【綜合報導】印刷業者整修內部，竟要內勤五、六名女職員改當粗工搬鋼筋，還要懷孕六個月的孕婦推獨輪車搬石頭！

臉書最近出現一段「女員工搬鋼筋」的影片，標題是：「TMD（網路文字，意他媽的）什麼叫『才』兩百根鐵條！老闆，我付你兒子女兒109/hr，請他們來搬好嗎？」疑為該公司員工也在臉書罵：「一根兩根就算了，兩百根！別人的孩子死不完就是！」《蘋果》調查發現，事發地點在台中德智隆實業印刷公司。

《蘋果》記者上周五前往實地了解，發現一名孕婦烈日下用獨輪車搬碎石，孕婦不願多說；記者詢問另名女員工：「昨天有沒有搬鋼筋？」她微微點頭欲言又止，要記者問主管。面對《蘋果》詢問，張姓負責人說：「只是經營一家小公司，僱用的都是台灣人，希望能多給年輕人一些機會，現在請他們多幫一點忙都要罵，看來以後真的要請外勞了。」勞工局勞動基準科長李美麗說，業者如未經勞工同意，要求當搬運粗工，違反勞動契約，勞工拒絕未果可要求資遣。

【聯合報╱記者杜沛學整理 】2013.07.08 「終極一班」是目前最成功的校園劇代表，在續集受好評後，八大迅速開拍「終極一班3」 ，目標明確在暑假播出。「終3」第一集就讓觀眾回味第1部的人物設定，融合第2部的新角 色和故事情節，對「一班」迷相當有吸引力。 「一班3」保有「終極」系列的畫面特色，後製漫畫字、人物及所使用道具的介紹，華視戲 劇中心副主任王冠認為：「對剛接觸此一系列的觀眾或許有些突兀，但是對此系列觀眾就 如同熟悉的符號。」八大行銷公關部經理蔡妃喬對「一班3」第一集自評80分，她指出，因 要趕在暑假上映，許多動畫來不及加強，比較可惜。 另外，第3部重新啟動第1部的「KO榜」、「戰力指數」背景，首播廣告8成是網路遊戲，王 冠指出，這足證節目所設定的目標族群清楚。但王冠也指出，僅有網遊模式，能吸引的觀 眾群有限，且容易疲乏，更不可能以系列方式推出，因此「一班3 」設計類似穿越、輪迴 的感情戲，以及偶像劇不敗的三角戀模式。 感情線以往在「一班」占較少比例，但從「一班2」開始，明顯帶入感情，「一班3」將更 細膩刻畫友情、愛情，從第一集汪大東（汪東城飾）、雷婷（曾沛慈飾）和中萬鈞（子閎 飾）3人的互動可看出端倪。 王冠也力讚汪東城這次的表現，在一群新人中更為脫穎而出，「角色成功將他拉回當初讓 人驚艷、為人津津樂道的喜劇表現。當他不用以偶像劇男一的形象自限，比其他演員們豐 富的表現經歷，就顯而易見了。」 http://udn.com/NEWS/ENTERTAINMENT/ENT7/8013338.shtml -- http://ppt.cc/iP34 http://tinyurl.com/cno8luh -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.227.162.109

少女「假護膚　真賣淫」　警逮9人送辦

【陳偉周／基隆報導】基隆市警方埋伏跟監近3個月，今天下午2點查獲1處「假護膚、真賣淫」的護膚美容店，逮捕36歲何姓主嫌等5人，現場也查獲4名賣淫女子，其中竟有3名未成年。
 
警方調查，每次性交易5000元中，何嫌從中抽取500元牟利，3個月來獲利數十萬元，查獲的3名未成年少女都是中輟生，今年1月起，透過網路聊天室進行援交，之後經由何男引介到護膚店上班。訊後警方依違反《兒童及少年性交易防制條例》、妨害風化等罪嫌將何男等5人送辦，4名賣淫女子則依《社會秩序維護法》裁罰。
