幼兒學吃苦 攀梯倒立練蛙人操

（中央社記者陳靜萍台中8日電）為讓小朋友從小就學會「吃苦」，台中市豐原區一家幼兒園的學生，烈日下進行蛙人操，匍匐蠕行、攀梯、倒立，通過測試才能畢業。
「小朋友，蜘蛛走」，身穿迷彩裝的幼兒們，立刻下腰倒立走路，無論是蠕行、爬行、前後滾翻、倒立、或雲梯攀越、爬竿等，許多役男都不一定會的出操訓練，孩子們人人精通，且在下個月畢業前都得通過體能考驗。
這家幼兒園的園長馮韻怡表示，運動智能是人類最原始也是最重要的智能，四肢發達的人，頭腦絕不簡單，因此園內的孩子們每天都要接受1到2個小時的運動訓練，擦傷、跌傷對小朋友來說，都是稀鬆平常的事，還有孩子把訓練「長繭」視為「光榮記號」。
已就讀小一的邱小弟弟，2歲時就送來幼兒園就讀，但體力旺盛、好動的孩子，一來就常爬到2樓高，還經常闖禍，透過不斷的蠕行訓練，不但讓精力找到抒發的出口，他也即將參加全國競技體操的比賽。
馮韻怡說，孩子的習慣從小就得訓練，她經營的幼兒園中不提供糖果、餅乾，沒有電視、每天都要吃生蒜泥，從小就得學會吃苦，她認為，在體能訓練過程中，孩子們會學著想辦法解決困難及身體上的痛，長大出社會後，更能面對挫折。
有家長就表示，大家都批評現在的年輕人是草莓族，但父母從小就應學著放手，讓孩子接受更多的挫折及挑戰，「不要惜命命」，才能解決年輕人無法吃苦的問題。1020708

兩岸四地保釣人士 8月赴釣島

香港保釣行動委員會成員陳裕南今天透露，兩岸四地保釣人士計畫8月15日再次赴釣魚台列嶼進行「釣魚」示威，且不排除嘗試再次登島。 香港保釣行動委員會今天在「七七盧溝橋事變」週年前夕，到日本駐香港總領事館前示威，同時呼籲日本民眾不要把票投給自民黨，以免讓日本首相安倍晉三能成功修改憲法，把自衛隊升格為軍隊。 參加上述示威活動的陳裕南告訴英國廣播公司（BBC）中文網，保釣人士計畫於8月15日再次到釣魚台海域，這也是去年組織成員登上釣魚台的日子。 來自香港、澳門和中國大陸的保釣人士，去年8月15日搭乘「啟豐二號」漁船到釣魚台宣示主權，並登上主島展示大陸五星旗與青天白日滿地紅國旗，當天也是二次大戰日本戰敗投降週年。 日本海上保安廳當時逮捕島上和漁船共14名保釣人士和隨行記者，引發大陸和日本新一波爭端，大陸多個城市再次爆發反日示威風潮。 不過，在日本釋放保釣人士後，香港海事處2月曾以違反海事處長禁止出港命令，起訴「啟豐二號」船長、保釣行動委員會成員羅堪就，但港府2月底又撤回。 陳裕南表示，由於大陸已開始派遣海監船在釣魚台海域巡航，中共新領導人也採取較開明的態度，他相信今年的海上示威行動將不會遇到很大阻擋。 他指出，今年的行動將有兩岸四地和來自美國、加拿大的保釣人士參與，能否如期成行將視他們所使用的船隻何時完成檢修，並取得香港海事處簽發適航證照。 香港保釣成員去年登島後，日本政府9月向聲稱擁有釣魚台的商人栗原弘行購入釣魚台列嶼進行「國有化」，引爆中日間更大紛爭；之後北京經常派公務船到釣魚台海域巡航，且多次與日本海上保安廳船艦對峙。

【楊逸民／美國紐約州水牛城報導】王建民今天雖然完投勝，但球速卻沒有預期中理想，最快只到90哩(約144.8公里)。建仔說：「今天調整重點不是球速，主要讓投球動作固定，伸卡球會往下掉。」
建仔今天直球速度大概都在86哩上下(約138.4公里)，與他在大聯盟平均90哩球速相差不小，建仔表示，今天主要是在調整自己投球姿勢，並沒有盡全力去投，他說：「告訴自己慢慢來，不要太急，要穩定住自己的投球姿勢。」
總教練布朗(Marty Brown)則說：「球速快慢不見得對伸卡球有很大的幫助，重點是你的球要會掉，像他今天製造這麼多滾地球出局，就證明他伸卡球今天是非常好的。」

遠傳攜手13企業 首推多卡合一NFC

【實習記者陳雪蕾／台北報導】遠傳（4904）跨界攜手13家企業，首創「多卡合一」NFC( Near Field Communication, 近場通訊 )試驗服務開跑，並和英國電信業Vodafone合作推出入門級手機，搶佔中低階市場，但服務暫只針對遠東集團內部員工。遠傳電信總經理李彬表示，如果銷售量理想，將不排除和Vodafone持續合作，並對外開放，將視實際需求調整。
遠東銀行總經理洪信德表示，根據稍早的調查，目前有40%受訪客戶表示願意使用NFC支付，比去年22%，呈近1倍成長。他預計，未來使用人數將快速增長，使用範圍也會擴展。遠傳合作夥伴之一的宏達電（2498）副總經理張佳欽也認為，NFC是未來的趨勢，看好移動支付將會愈來愈普遍。
李彬表示，NFC需要很多技術配合，未來需要時間給手機廠商開發。她預估，明年將有超過50%的高階手機具備NFC功能。她表示，合作企業將會持續增加，如果市場接受度高，將不排除和其他手機廠商有更多的合作，採購量也會相對增加。
