上一代人 別再拿舊思維扯下一代後腿了

幾週前我受邀參加一個商業聚會，會中有許多成功企業的第二代和第三代，他們是未來家族企業的接班人。那天的討論集中在什麼是許多台灣大企業面對的關鍵挑戰，如何最好地運用策略來度過家族企業中複雜情況，以及跨世代的溝通。
大約一個小時的討論後，話題轉向為什麼台灣社會，尤其是產業界在過去10年中卡住了。
一位年輕男士站了起來，分享了他的想法。他大約是我這樣的年紀，才剛念完書，在美國工作中，他現在在一間台灣傳統產業公司，雖然已經是上市公司了，但基本上掌控權還是握在他的家族中。那家公司是由他爺爺所建立。
「我舉個最常在我跟父親或是他們那代的資深主管討論中出現的例子。我們為體育用品公司生產布料、透氣布料、輕量布料。我們從布料開始，然後終於進入成品生產，最後現在則是替許多國際運動品牌或零售廠商做OEM（原廠委託製造商）或ODM（原始設計製造商）。我們公司的故事在很多方面來說就是台灣和許多東南亞國家的故事，他們從提供便宜的材料和人工開始，最後變成替西方品牌做外包工廠，並在幾代之後慢慢變得比較富裕。」
他頓了頓。
「而現在我們全都卡住了。在過去的15年中，所有的工廠都移往中國或是東南亞，那些地方成本更低、規模更大。許多台灣傳統產業撐不過去是因為長期來說他們完全無法競爭；那邊一直有更便宜的勞工和更大的市場。我父親那代的人都知道這點。下一步很自然是往供應鏈的上游移動或是多角化經營。我們不再在成本上競爭，最終要建立我們自己的品牌。他們也都同意這一點。我現在負責要打造公司第一個品牌。就在上個月，我提出要做網路行銷的預算。資深主管拒絕了。」

最近想要減肥，看了一些資料菜單後，想先從早餐開始著手。 不過一直以來對於雜糧類都沒有什麼接觸， ex:有機店、馬可叔叔麵包店之類的，都沒有什麼接觸。 想請教大家， 高雄市哪邊有在賣真的100%全麥饅頭呢？有添加堅果的更好。 但重點就是真的100%全麥去做的。 另外， 高雄哪邊可以買到""非基因改造黃豆""磨出來的豆漿呢？ 感覺上，似乎這個比全麥饅頭更難找。 先謝過大家的幫忙。 -------------(以下請勿刪除)----------------------- 不管你要問什麼，都別忘了附上『高雄點』 (我是高雄人和我曾住在高雄不能當高雄點喔) 高雄點辦法請見置底公告說明 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.254.52.174
