美國6月就業報告優於預期增加聯準會(FED)減碼量化寬鬆貨幣政策(QE)機率，讓市場擔憂資金恐怕將從新興市場全面出逃，而經常帳早已呈現赤字的印度更是首當其衝。嘉實XQ全球贏家系統報價顯示，美元兌印度盧比8日開盤迄今最高一度大升1.59%至61.2，創歷史盤中新高。

盧比相關衍生性金融商品的交易量大增，促使印度央行(Reserve Bank of India，RBI)要求海外共同基金提出他們並未對盧比進行投機活動的證據。

彭博社7日報導，印度國家證券交易所(National Stock Exchange of India)公佈的數據顯示，6月與盧比相關的期貨與選擇權平均日成交量跳增了47%至3,877億盧比(64億美元)，單月增幅創2010年1月以來新高。

根據報導，美元兌盧比在6月26日上升至前所未見的60.7650，而RBI也在當天開始詢問海外基金是否曾透過衍生性金融商品來減少股票交易的匯率風險，同時也要求外國銀行提供盧比未平倉合約的相關資訊。

印度國營銀行Andhra Bank交易商Vikas Babu表示，美國6月就業報告恐怕會導致資金從所有新興市場全面出走，預期RBI會在關鍵時刻進入匯市干預。

印度今(2013)年第1季的經常帳逆差佔國內生產毛額(GDP)的比例達到歷史新高4.8%，主要是受到石油、黃金進口量增加的影響。Thomson Reuters報導，RBI 6月27日在半年報中警告，倘若避險氣氛加劇，外資恐會轉而流向海外，進而讓印度金融市場陷入動盪局面。根據報導，外資6月總共賣超了70億美元的印度債券、股票。

CNBC 7月4日報導，渣打國際商業銀行亞洲區域研究部主管David Mann認為，油價衝高恐嚴重打擊仰賴原油進口的亞洲經濟體，尤其是日本與南韓。在受到油價上升衝擊的亞洲國家當中，Mann還特別提到印度。他說，印度在油價尚未跳增的情況下，經常帳逆差就已有擴大趨勢。

其實ASUS PFI這支手機本身 功能還不錯 使用上也很好 在前面幾次更新前 手機使用上都很順 很正常 只是最近更新之後 我常發生網路讀取不到 電話也無法撥打 然後就有提示說受限存取已變更 尤其是網路方面 在無線網路連線 我是用中華電信的數據機 最近幾次更新後 常發生 連線之後 會忽然斷線 收尋不到 改用3G連線又可以 或是重開機之後 一切功能又正常 我是最近更新後才常常這樣的... 推斷可能是系統更新之後造成的 當然也有可能是手機出現了問題.. 所以我想問 有人有跟我一樣有這情況發生嗎 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.164.33.171 ※ 編輯: a901162000 來自: 1.164.33.171 (07/08 00:45)

Wi-Fi 5GHz 你支援嗎？產品支援度混亂，小心頻率不相容

8f5c0b4793610c2a0c14c7d815d1792b 上個月隔壁部門的老大突然跑過來，問筆者為什麼5GHz頻率下的SSID手機抓不到？經過一番討論與查詢資料，發現竟然是頻率支援的問題，而眾家廠商竟然在產品外盒都沒有標明，有可能買回家設定錯誤完全無法使用。

2.4GHz頻帶好解決

先從2.4GHz這個頻率開始講起，在這個頻段上共有14個頻道可供使用，以5MHz為單位，分別從2412～2472MHz共13個頻道，日本方面可使用2484MHz，所以是完全體14個，但2484MHz僅供802.11b使用。

台灣方面跟美國、加拿大是相同的，只開放2412～2461MHz共11個頻道，其它大部分國家皆為13個。

5GHz頻帶跨距大

各國對於此頻率範圍的可用性相當不一致，除了日本之外，絕大多數國家無法使用5080MHz以下的頻率，部分國家限定部分頻率只能在室內使用，或是必須有DFS（dynamic frequency selection）動態頻率選擇和TPC（transmit power control）傳輸功率控制功能，歐盟各國甚至要求SRD（short range devices）限制傳輸功率在25mW以下。

根據NCC釋出的資料，台灣開放下列3個5GHz頻段：

  1. 5250～5350MHz（CH52 5260MHz、CH56 5280MHz、CH60 5300MHz、CH64 5320MHz）
  2. 5470～5725MHz（CH100 5500MHz、CH104 5520MHz、CH108 5540MHz、CH112 5560MHz、CH116 5580MHz、CH120 5600MHz、CH124 5620MHz、CH128 5640MHz、CH132 5660MHz、CH136 5680MHz、CH140 5700MHz）
  3. 5725～5825MHz（CH149 5745MHz、CH153 5765MHz、CH157 5785MHz、CH161 5805MHz、CH165 5825MHz）

其中5470～5725MHz這個頻段與軍方和氣象用都普勒雷達頻率相衝突，在軍方優先民間次之的邏輯下，若是要使用這些頻率，就必須搭載DFS和TPC（EIRP值大於500mW之設備）功能，當裝置感測到目前頻率有其它人在使用時，必須能夠跳開改採其它頻率；而5250～5350MHz只能在室內使用。（台灣相關規範可上NCC搜尋「低功率射頻電機技術規範」）

如何查產品支援頻率

台灣正常管道販售的無線射頻產品都會有NCC的認證號碼，進入http://nccmember.ncc.gov.tw之後，在左方選擇「資料查詢」>「型式認證資料查詢」。之後在右方的「型式認證號碼」輸入NCC認證的字號，再輸入圖形確認碼之後就會出現相關資料。

EIRP

等效全向輻射功率（effective isotropic radiated power），由發射功率和天線增益組合的乘積值。

產品支援度混亂

市面上販售的產品標準不一，本次拿來做實驗的D-Link DIR-865L支援5180～5240MHz、5745～5825MHz，筆者所擁有的Xperia V則是支援5280MHz～5320MHz、5745～5825MHz，Intel Centrino Ultimate-N 6300則是支援全頻段。

由此可看出其實大家的交集集中在5745～5825MHz這個頻段上，絕大部分在這頻率區間使用沒有問題，問題最大的就是5250～5350MHz、5470～5725MHz，產品支援度相當分歧，奇怪的是DIR-865L甚至還開放台灣根本不能使用的頻段，也與NCC上面的認證資料不符，難怪之前怎麼樣都找不到DIR-865L的SSID。

廠商開始大力鼓吹5GHz所帶來的好處時，應該也要在外盒上印上支援的頻率範圍，以便消費者選購相容的產品。
