台南‧南區 小丞事 since 2013, Jul 謝富丞 網誌：http://boylondon.pixnet.net/blog/post/97418870 地址：台南市南區國華街一段106號 GPS：120.11.47 22.59.8 營業時間：週日 15:00-18:00 公休日：周一~周六 電話：0973523011 消費時間：2013.06 價目表：網誌有 臉書：小丞事 小丞事麵包店在7/7日開幕，不過在還沒開幕前就已經透過la petite place 有間小店及 許多試賣活動的網路分享，累積了好口碑及知名度，也邀請了日本師傅來店內上課。 所以在今日還沒開幕前店外就已經排滿準備入內購買麵包的民眾， 而位在南門路209巷20號的有間小店目前也進行內部改裝中， 想購買麵包蛋糕的民眾要移到小丞事麵包店。 前幾日新聞有採訪小丞事，經營者是年僅20歲的謝富丞， 五年前國中基測ＰＲ值僅只有九，後來擠進六信高中烘焙科就讀， 跟隨在曾獲得第一屆全國高中職教育大愛獎的六信高中烘焙科賴德庭老師身邊學習， 漸漸的從麵包實作中找到了自身興趣，也與同班同學馬力文同赴法國觀摩世界麵包大賽， 還參加德麥盃麵包大賽勇奪全國第四名，磨練出了一身好手藝。 六信高中烘焙科畢業後就先選擇當兵，服役期間則積極規劃創業事宜， 也在賴老師的協助下，退伍後就開了這間小丞事烘焙坊。 小丞事店內經過設計規劃，從店外頭的透明玻璃內， 可看到廚房內穿著白色工作服的學子們正辛勤的揉製麵包，加上麵粉袋製成的吊燈、 室內木件材質的選用，整體感覺十分舒服。 今天的現場產品有歐式麵包類的法國長棍(標準,冷藏)、 可頌(原味,巧克力)、乳酪魯斯迪克、伯爵櫻桃乾麵包、裸麥(原味,50%裸麥) 土司類的大戶牛奶吐司、黃金吐司、脆皮吐司、蜂蜜吐司、奶油埃及麵包、布里歐餐包， 西點類有9入的一口烤布丁、蜂蜜戚風蛋糕、藍莓塔及愛文芒果蛋糕捲， 吃來香濃讓人會忍不住一口接一口的愛文芒果蛋糕捲， 甚至之前在臉書粉絲團開放預訂時就已搶購一空。 如今社會觀念漸漸轉變，有一技之長在身不怕畢業後找不到工作， 也希望在府城的街角能有越來越多這種有故事的小店誕生。 參考資料 中國時報7/4日報導 從PR值９到開烘焙坊 技職生闖出頭 la petite place 有間小店 http://boylondon.pixnet.net/blog/post/93784292 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.173.171.116

明明其實沒有空到極點卻還是跟了五月天三天， 真不知道自己是勇氣可嘉還是什麼XD， 但這三天裡加起來短短幾小時的演唱跟垃圾笑點， 雖然不能補充生理睡眠量但心理層面完全充電完畢！ -- 今天除了先是快熱死然後又例行性的午後雷陣雨， 真的是辛苦排隊的大家了@_@ 老實說圓山捷運旁的場地並不方正，「天然」遮蔽物也不少， 除了長得很茂盛的樹還有不時飛過頭上的飛機， 而且旁邊還有行政院農委會的擺攤區廣播在跟舞台上的音樂拚場， 變得可能耳邊同時右耳是音樂聲左耳傳來的是廣播聲XD， 因為舞台正對面就有好幾棵大樹， 天漸漸暗了以後還有頗大聲的蟬聲喔（也太天然）。 聽起來是有點雞飛狗跳（雖然我覺得很趣味XD） 但其實回到認識五月天的最初本來就不是這麼萬般舒適（？）， 以前大大小小的演唱會簽唱會簽票會簽名會有的沒有會， 如果是烈日下就當一枚陽光少女排隊等待然後隔天被朋友問為什麼曬黑了一圈， 若是下雨就穿著雨衣考驗我們是否情比金堅， 若是颱風來我們也依然不見不散（某次颱風天Final home簽票會一輩子難忘XD）。 於是才發現這幾年過慣了開唱前才拿著票根吃飽喝足進場的日子， 好像其實已經有陣子沒在太陽下等待一場屬於五月天的演唱會， 而忘了最初其實也是從破破的音響、小小的舞台， 跟天知道完全不知道什麼時候要下雨或是被曬乾的街頭裡開始真正認識五月天。 雖然今天在演唱會開唱前都還搞不清楚4:00究竟是開唱或進場時間有點煩， 但在星期日下午因為下過雨而稍稍降溫的午後， 吹著一點風聽著音樂，真的很棒， 刺眼的陽光因為想起了過去在夏天所曬的太陽而讓感到親切， 就連以前似乎是被視為噪音的飛機在今天竟然也讓人覺得懷念。 -- 連續三天看到五月天， 在新竹跟台北場都深深感受到這個樂團對我來說有多重要。 因為無法排隊只求志在參加， 總是在離舞台最遠甚至視線被樹擋住的地方， 螢幕小到看不清楚，僅剩的只有音樂了！ 兩場開場前都覺得隨時閉眼就能睡著， 但音樂聲一下，為什麼呢？ 跟朋友交換了一下眼神然後手拉手在最遠的地方我們自己跟著音樂聲跳得好開心， 心中無別人就算再聽一百次現場應該也還是會一樣這麼這麼喜歡， 還有透露一定要用力打地鼠跳，因為我們是全天下最完美的陣容。 歌單之外帥氣登場的動次動次真的很優秀， LIVE版比錄音室版本又更優秀， 但每次覺得動次聽起來好過癮跳起來好開心地同時， 又忍不住想起各團員對「ㄉㄨㄥˋㄘˋ」各種不同版本的演繹， 雖然很駭可是有點感覺怪怪捏...╭ ﹀◇﹀〣 聽著主唱不時在間奏裡"hey~!""come on~!"， 即使根本舞台上的人個個比一粒米更迷你， 距離遠得甚至連大螢幕也看不清楚， 卻還是可以從腹黑主唱或是見縫插針的團員聲音音調， 想像台上的人們現在可能笑得多燦爛或是正賊賊地笑著， 於是我好像也真的看見了那樣的笑容一樣覺得好開心。 在每個因為音樂而真的感到純粹開心的時候， 真的就像是唯一能一秒變換整個場景的紙飛機， 即使命運像失控的馬戲， 在跟著音樂一起跳的一瞬間好像面對的難題也變得很俏皮。 台上的人感覺也真的比起售票演唱會都輕鬆很多很多， 這麼隨興聊天的感覺好像真的很久沒有過了， 連以前抵死不隨便唱歌的團長都在安可後拿著吉他自彈自唱九號球， 以後請士杰在每一場演唱會前都負責先把團長灌醉好嗎！（無誤） -- 另外是， 今天當阿信說他們從昨天早上到今天開唱前聽起來顯然就是沒有睡覺的一串行程後， 他說希望大家給五月天多一點的熱情。 （聲音一開始聽起來真的有點累，但後來感覺有開:)） 忍不住把今天跟回憶裡的某個部分連結， 曾經好像也有過某個時間， 那時五月天依然在中國一步一腳印地用自己的足跡走過整個大陸， 一天一個城市是家常便飯，似乎常常兩三天沒睡地從中國返台， 然後沒什麼睡地又到台灣的某個地方唱商演， 讓自己深深黑眼圈，為了只是要多唱一首歌給我們聽， 在那些曾經我們（至少我不能）都不能理解五月天的日子。 於是發現， 即使昨天才在小巨蛋裡讓人深深震撼， 而有感於眼前這個樂團從過去到現在一點一點地實現真實的偉大的同時， 十四年過去了， 眼前的五個人還是當年那五個彈著樂器的少年， 只是個個可能長了一點肉或是黑眼圈更深了一點或是喝得更舒服了一點（？） 但不變的是他們還是努力用手撐著擋住現實層面不進入音樂的守護範圍， 還是用盡了全力只為了單純想唱歌給你聽。 我也好想一直聽你們唱歌，一起走吧（拉手） -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 140.112.217.86 ※ 編輯: paraclub 來自: 140.112.217.86 (07/08 00:27)

根據報導，美國每年網路約會的產值約有7億美元（約新台幣210億元），現在英國又推出更快速更有趣的高空飛機約會，如果你不怕坐飛機，人際溝通技巧也不差的話，這絕對是最新鮮的約會選擇！

英國的「做些事」（Doing Somerthing）約會網和Expedia旅遊網站最近合辦了一場名為「假期約會」（Holidate）的社群活動，讓60位單身男女在飛機上約會，尋找自己的真愛。這次共有500多位來自英國和西歐的申請者報名參加，主辦單位針對個人喜愛和意願先嚴選60位網友來參加這項實驗性的約會活動。

這項實驗性的快速約會活動，要在24小時之內體驗四種不同約會方式，看那一種形式的約會最有影響力。第一種約會的地點是在傳統英國的酒吧，但男女雙方不能談論任何旅遊的議題，另一場還是在酒吧內進行，但可以討論旅遊議題。

接著60位參加者再搭上包機從英國直飛到義大利威尼斯，在飛機上進行高空快速約會，最後一場約會則是在威尼斯舉行，男女雙方可以在運河上划船或喝著香檳葡萄酒，分享個人的興趣。

坐著超音速客機在3萬5000英呎（約1萬668公尺）的高空上約會，創下最高又最快速約會的金氏世界紀錄。做些事約會網路公司總裁珍妮（M. Jane）表示：「這種約會不會讓你分心，傳統的約會形式很遜，很無聊，在酒吧飲酒式的約會常會變成一種身家調查訪問。我們認為一些活動式的約會，可以幫助男女間更輕鬆地相互認識。飛機上給大家同樣的情境，讓他們可以很專心地聊天，在第一次約會就能談到很多話題，這和打破世界紀錄沒有任何一點關係啦。」

珍妮說：「旅遊就是一個很好的話題，所以當Expedia旅遊網和我們接觸洽談假期約會這項活動時，真的是完美的組合」。Expedia在主辦「假期約會」前已經做了一項調查研究，他們發現在英國第一次約會時最受歡迎的談話主題，就是旅遊。調查也發現旅遊是吸引同伴的關鍵，每10個中人就有1個人在約會時靠著他們的旅行故事讓對方留下深刻印象；相反的有1/4的人承認因為缺乏旅行經驗，使彼此中斷進一步約會的好機會。
