【快訊】韓亞失事客機　載有290名乘客

【綜合報導】韓亞航空一架波音777，班機號碼214客機，周六從首爾出發，在降落舊金山時摔機著地，機上載有290名乘客，當中包括一名嬰兒和12名組員。

這架從首爾出發的飛機，原本預計在舊金山時間6日早上11點15分抵達，不過飛機誤點15分鐘。

舊金山國際機場目前暫時關閉，失事原因和傷亡人數還有待確認。

【短片】女師稱被性侵　打死同居男高生

【綜合報導】南韓日前發生有一名20多歲李姓女老師宣稱，她遭到一名她所輔導的男高中生性侵，在反抗過程中，她不小心失手將男高生打死，本月1日她遭到警方逮捕。

李女向警方表示，這名男高生原本是她的學生，後來男高生退學，仍堅持要李女幫她補習。李女表示，上月底她幫男同學補習時，遭到男同學性侵，而李女情急之下把男同學推開，但隨後男同學就昏倒在地。李女稱不知道當時男同學已經死亡，所以馬上離開現場。

韓國媒體報導指出，李女從今年2月開始和男同學同居，目前警方正在調查男同學的真正死因。

微軟開發新的3D螢幕回饋技術，觸摸時能感受到真實回饋的觸感和力道

Fa15a680d6eed0f463b412ef61a47789 微軟日前在TechFest 2013上揭示了一項叫新的3D顯示技術（Actuated 3-D Display with Haptic Feedback），能夠讓3D顯示幕為使用者帶來實際的實體回饋效果。這種效果會根據螢幕上物體的種類有所變化，比如軟硬度等。

對於用慣了實體鍵盤的人們來說，智慧型手機上的虛擬鍵盤總是無法營造出與實體鍵盤相同的使用體驗。人們在輸入特定內容時，總是希望能得到一定的「回饋」，以幫助確認或校準點擊的字元。不過日前微軟演示的一項新技術似乎能夠為人們帶來虛擬鍵盤的實體回饋效果。

據BBC科技頻道報導，微軟日前在TechFest 2013上揭示了一項叫新的3D顯示技術（Actuated 3-D Display with Haptic Feedback），能夠讓3D顯示幕為使用者帶來實際的實體回饋效果。這種效果會根據螢幕上物體的種類有所變化，比如軟硬度等。

如下圖所示，螢幕中有杯子、皮球等物體；而當示範人員用手指觸碰螢幕時，每樣物體都會根據其在現實世界中具備的物理屬性為其帶來相應的實體回饋，比如皮球的特徵是觸感較為有彈性。


不僅會有實體回饋，螢幕中的物體也會根據使用者觸摸的力度大小發生變化。這是通過螢幕表面的感測器計算出的力度數值，然後再賦給虛擬物體所產生的視覺效果。在這個二維螢幕的背部，有一個機械手臂能夠在一維方向上與使用者的手指實施力的相互作用。

對於這項技術的可能的應用範圍，微軟首先給出了醫療方面的案例。比如，醫生可以借助這項真實回饋技術對患者的腦部做診斷，以判斷腫瘤等病變組織的位置等。

在下圖的演示中，示範人員用手指觸碰著一幅核磁共振圖像。這樣，患者的大腦部位就會為醫生帶來十分擬真的實體感受，如同由醫生親手在「抓碰」人的大腦一樣。

「當你用手指觸控式螢幕幕時，感測器的資料會跟立體畫面融合（以計算出相應的形變）。如果我們把這種融合的力度調教準確，並且持續更新視覺效果，以讓虛擬的物體對你的手指有深度的感知，則這樣對於人的大腦來說就足以獲得真實的無力回饋了。」微軟高級研究員Michael Pahud說道。

目前觸覺技術（Haptic Tech）已經並不稀奇，許多智慧型手機甚至都具備了螢幕的實體凸起功能。比如由Tactus公司開發的可以發生實體凸起形變的螢幕，當使用者用鍵盤輸入內容時，對應鍵盤上每個鍵位的部位就會凸起，使用的體驗就好比一個真實的鍵盤。


但像是微軟這樣在3D顯示螢幕的基礎上添加實體觸感的技術還是第一次出現。它的原理跟Tactus有所不同，後者是通過提供實實在在的真實存在帶來實體回饋；而微軟的理念則是把螢幕做成一個「活」的機體，讓它能夠根據顯示的內容與使用者進行「力的作用」的互動。

此外，遊戲也是這項技術一個比較光明的應用前景。也許用PC或主機玩的FPS、RPG等遊戲先天不能與之配合，但想想《植物大戰僵屍》等平板電腦遊戲如果能與物理實體回饋技術結合將會使多麼驚奇的遊戲體驗。

【大紀元2013年07月07日訊】 卑詩高等法院近日裁定，一名有四名子女的母親在沃農市朱比莉醫院（Jubilee Hospital）接受治療的過程中因中毒意外死亡，其家屬可獲得院方44萬元現金賠償。
　　
埃德蒙頓居民、40歲的蓋達（Brenda Gaida）在沃農度假期間，在朱比利醫院接受皮膚病治療，因醫生疏忽，每日接受的methrotrexate注射劑量實際為一周的劑量，導致其中毒身亡。
　　
朱比莉醫院和內陸衛生局君承認，是因為4名醫生疏忽照顧導致蓋達死亡。
　　
法庭文件顯示，雙方在尋求解決方案，院方相信雙方已同意44萬元的賠償金，但蓋達的丈夫說，並沒有達成有約束力的和解協議。
　　
該文件說，蓋達的丈夫要求超過100萬元的賠償，他對律師說，只有在滿足一定條件下才可接受44萬元的賠償，但律師違背他的要求接受了對方的和解條件。
　　
卑詩高等法院法官Paul Pearlman發現，律師沒有任何誤解或是無視當事人要求的情況，並裁定強制執行該和解協議。◇
