宋慧喬告網友 24人被罰款上萬元

韓星宋慧喬去年2月不堪「被政客包養」流言紛擾，積極採取行動，狀告41位網友，相隔1年多，如今檢方終於起訴其中24位網友，以損害他人名譽為由，將對3人罰款100萬韓元（約台幣3萬元），其餘為50到70萬韓元不等（約台幣1萬5到萬元）。

經調查檢方調查發現，2008年9月至2011年12月期間，網友分別在個人部落格散布謠言，其中身分多為上班族，甚至還有醫生。宋慧喬經紀公司表示：「這些散發不實謠言的網友多有正當的職業，且年紀介於20到40歲之間，理應對自己的行為負責。」並表示將和宋慧喬告知該消息。

小米2S JLB18.0 ROOT

這是我第一次玩 Android 手機的 ROOT，因為大家都說 ROOT 有多好之類的，就像 iOS 好像要越獄才有意思一樣，小米手機在我正式入手之前，有人說小米手機本來就是 ROOT 過的版本，不過我的小米 2S 並沒有啊！這樣是怎麼一回事？應該是說開發版本才是 ROOT 過的吧！正式版本基本上是沒有 ROOT 過的，所以還是得自己手動來操作一下，基本上步驟不會太複雜，我也把我的歷程記錄下來提供給大家參考囉！

在手機 ROOT 之前必須先下載修改過後的韌體，也有人稱為 ROOT 包，下載後請勿更改名稱

第一步驟進入手機內的設定->關於手機，在這裡可以看到目前的版本，目前此時最新的版本為 MIUI-JLB18.0，點選系統更新後也找不到更新。

此時觸控手機的觸控按鈕，也是就是左下角那一顆，這時候會跳出更新選單，這時點選「選擇安裝包」，並且透過檔案管理選取到剛剛下載的檔案。

點選「立即更新」後會進入備份程序，若是手機沒有備份的話建議先執行備份，備份完成之後「開始升級」，之後就進更新模式，在我測試下更新速度還頗快的，這時候也請大家保持足夠的電力。

更新過後也等於 ROOT 已經完成，原本的資料也不會消失，不過系統會跳回簡體的語系，也請大家到語言與輸入法內調整成繁體中文即可。再來就是輸入法部分預設只有 Google 語音輸入與谷歌拼音輸入法，這時候也請大家自己額外習慣的輸入法，若是已經習慣原本的觸寶輸入法，可以到小米的應用商店裡下載。

ROOT 完成過後會多幾個工具，也在上圖中替大家列出來了，比較值得一提的就是應用商店，這是小米自己的市集中心，原生的版本連 Google Play 都要另外安裝，不過若是台灣版本升級的話，Google Play 在 ROOT 後應該依然是存在的！這個 ROOT 包是由漩渦鳴人所開發，進入「鳴人權限管理」後就能夠開啟超級使用者，預設其實也是開啟的，看到這畫面就代表確定沒問題囉！

所有步驟就這麼簡單，希望大家也可以順利成功唷！下載的檔案只限小米2、小米2S 的台灣、香港、大陸版本，2A 機型請勿使用

【短片】工人抗議領不到錢　近百警維安

【蔡智銘／台中報導】台中市太平區樹孝路一處正在施工的建案發生鋼筋材料合約糾紛，導致下游鋼筋綁紮工人領不到工程款，今天上午前往工地抗議。抗議工人代表張顧鏵說，營造公司片面解約，還扣下工程款，要他們到法院去領，害得工人生活快過不下去，無奈只能走上街頭。

營造公司特助李榮琪則強調，是鋼鐵公司涉嫌浮報鋼筋數量，又拒絕提供過磅資料，才會解約並循法律途逕解決，與下游協力公司無契約關係，也沒有苛扣下游廠商鋼筋綁紮工資。

原本單純的民間公司糾紛，卻因為台灣建國聯盟前往聲援，引起警方重視，太平分局動員近百警力維安，引起路過民眾側目。警方強調，民眾合法申請集會遊行，必須派人維持秩序，不會影響正常勤務。

一張圖讓你看懂 Apple 組織結構

11d6e4324bd9b1d01dd84130b384ec33 通過此圖可以發現，蘋果沒有一個獨立的產品部門，「產品」是需要各部門一起負責的縱向責任。值得一提的是，蘋果現今的組織結構還是沿用賈伯斯時代的，但是相比於不世出的賈伯斯，如果蘋果未來沒有這種面面俱到的CEO，各部門相互獨立的結構能否持續下去呢？

Paul Deneve 被蘋果聘任為新的副總裁後，外界對他將負責哪個部門充滿了疑問，而目前呼聲最高的職位則是負責最近大熱的穿戴式設備，而零售部門也有可能是他之後的去處。

但事實上，穿戴式設備和零售並不是平行的部門結構。對於蘋果來說，穿戴式設備或許是一個時期內的項目，而零售方面則是一個長期存在的固定部門。跟蘋果無人不知的名氣相比，蘋果的組織結構就顯得有些神秘了。或許是當年賈伯斯光芒太盛，蘋果旗下部門猶如白日繁星找不到存在感。

但是要徹底研究透蘋果這種公司的組織結構，那非得出一本書不可。那麼下面來自 asymco 的一張圖或許能說明大家對蘋果的結構有個初步瞭解。


這張圖的作者很不厚道的把蘋果的部門分成了「破壞性部門（Disruptive）」和「維持性部門（Sustaining）」。不過說簡單一點就是產品研發和行政管理之分。

通過此圖可以發現，蘋果沒有一個獨立的產品部門，而是把產品的定位、推廣和定價權歸置到了市場部門下面。同樣的，即使 iPhone 如此紅火，蘋果也沒有單獨的一個 iPhone 部門，更不要說 iPad 部門等等。事實上，對於蘋果這樣的公司來說，「產品」是需要各部門一起負責的縱向責任。

蘋果以 1851 億美元的品牌價值佔據這世界第一的位置，但蘋果現在的品牌管理負責人卻空缺著，在賈伯斯時代，賈伯斯是自己親自負責這一板塊。品牌管理對於一個直面消費者的公司的重要性不言而喻，而最近加入的 Paul Deneve 會不會負責這一方面的業務呢？

如果說沒有對比，就難以理解公司結構差異的話，那麼下面這張吐槽滿點的圖則生動形象地繪製出六大科技公司的結構狀況了。

這張老圖看起來詼諧，但依舊點出了各公司的組織結構和部門關係（微軟和甲骨文趴著也中槍）。

值得一提的是，蘋果現今的組織結構還是沿用賈伯斯時代的，但是相比於不世出的賈伯斯，Tim Cook 的神通還是不及。那麼像蘋果這種CEO面面俱到，各部門相互獨立的結構能否持續下去呢？

以蘋果現在的二號人物 Jonathan Ive 為例，在去年蘋果高層重組之後，他不僅要負責硬體設計，還要兼顧軟體的美學設計，或許這就是蘋果組織結構正在轉型的一個表像。蘋果離開了獨裁的賈伯斯時代，打通部門界限進行協作方式是它的未來嗎？(文內配圖作者為：Manu Cornet)
