　　1日正式上任至今不過短短數日的英國央行新總裁卡尼(Mark Carney)，不僅是該行史上首位外籍總裁，還是目前全球央行界待遇最優的總裁。

　　只是面對外界希望他能使英國經濟點石成金深切期盼，卡尼的這5年任期，勢必也是挑戰艱鉅。

　　原任加拿大央行總裁的卡尼，7月起走馬上任，成為英國央行1694年創立以來的史上首位外籍總裁。

　　英國央行為延攬在加國央行總裁任內表現卓越的卡尼，不惜開出包含薪資、生活及住房補貼在內，總計130萬美元的優渥待遇。

　　這讓卡尼一舉超越香港金融管理局(相當於央行)總裁陳德霖，成為全球主要央行中待遇最高的總裁。2009年起擔任香港金管局總裁迄今的陳德霖，去年薪酬合計達120萬美元左右。

　　相較之下，一舉一動皆能左右全球經濟大勢的美國聯邦準備理事會(Fed)主席柏南奇，去年薪水卻只有20萬美元不到。

　　必須統籌歐元區17個經濟體的歐洲央行總裁德拉吉，去年年薪也不過是48萬8千美元左右，不過歐洲央行有另備官邸。

　　但在傲視全球央行界的待遇背後，卡尼也背負著相當沉重的責任。因為英國上下無不高度期待，卡尼可以發揮過去帶領加國安然度過金融海嘯的優異能力，領導英國經濟邁向復甦。

　　2007年金融危機爆發後，卡尼曾帶領加拿大央行發揮穩定經濟的關鍵功能，讓加拿大成為7大工業國中表現最穩健的經濟體，經濟成長與失業率都最快恢復到原先水準。

　　所以就連英國財長歐斯本(George Osborne)也說過，卡尼是接掌英國央行的最完美人選。儘管英國首季經濟季增0.3%，且預料第二季還會加快成長，基本上一般多半還是認為，英國經濟現況依舊十分脆弱。

　　因此卡尼最艱鉅的任務，就是如何將不可能化為可能，在厲行緊縮的財政前提下，一面控制通膨，一面又要刺激家庭和企業借貸。

廣大興28號案發近兩個月，中國時報今天(5日)報導，儘管菲律賓政府遲未公布調查報告，但檯面下菲國政府與洪家已取得和解的共識，菲國也釋出善意願負賠償責任。 目前家屬正蒐集相關資料，列出賠償清單及金額，洪家大姊洪慈綪昨天(4日)坦言「確實是朝著和解方向」進行。 5月9日發生在台菲重疊海域的廣大興28號漁船案，菲國公務船連續開槍掃射，造成漁民洪石成不幸中彈死亡。當時船艦海防人員宣稱我漁船越界捕魚，而且拒捕企圖衝撞。家屬痛斥菲國說謊，事件鬧得沸沸揚揚，風波延燒一個月。 為釐清真相，台菲兩國啟動平行調查，5月底即完成雙邊調查。但時間過去一個月，調查報告結果如何，至今都未向社會交代清楚。 如今傳出家屬有意與菲國達成和解，洪家大姊洪慈綪昨坦言「確實是朝著和解方向」，其餘不願多談。 對此，屏東地檢署主任檢察官蔡榮龍昨受訪時表示「毫無所悉」。他說，洪家聘請律師處理求償事宜，對兩造談和解不置可否 ...

有賣PS3真三國無雙6的記憶嗎？

市面上有賣PS3真三國無雙6的記憶嗎？
就是有這一代的較完整的記憶檔。
像以前PS2的第1~4代就有完全記憶的光碟，
而且市面上也有賣方會買那些記憶(就是記憶卡複製此遊戲檔)

但現在第6代怎麼沒有？網拍沒半個人賣，
而且PS3不是可以用隨身碟作記憶備份嗎，
那麼遊戲檔也能備份，
那麼就能以隨身碟內有較完整遊戲內容的備份檔來複製貼上給買方不是嗎？

本人非常害怕看鬼片，對於泰國鬼片很害怕!!像是邪降、鬼影那些我都嚇得半死， 要過幾天才會忘記劇情~ 第一次看到淒厲人妻預告片，其實不覺得好看耶! 是在電影版看到很多好雷又說是搞笑片才去看~ 看完以後真的是大推薦呀!!! 第一次看過好笑、溫馨、又帶一點點驚悚的鬼片~ 三種感受一次滿足!! 但場次好少!!!大家快推薦親朋好友去看!!!讓場次變多!! ---------------------------------防雷頁-------------------------------------- 一開始戰爭那裏的梗我覺得有點好猜，不是這麼好笑~ 而且為什麼邁中了這麼多槍還不死!!!! 邁說自己的名字其實叫Mark，不是Mak 這裡比較好笑~XDDDD 但之後有很多梗真的很好笑~令人猜測不到呀!! 像是中間懷疑邁跟另一個人是鬼~看到那裏真的是滿腦疑問!!到底是什麼超展開劇情!!~ 還有傳說中的"東東有很重要嗎"?那裏真是超級好笑的~~ 綁道士頭說他不會游泳最後游超快的，我也覺得超好笑的~ 遊樂園那段有點浪漫甜蜜~摩天輪那裏好感動喔~有點鼻酸!!O_Q (有hold情緒沒掉淚) 鬼屋裡面氣氛有點懸疑緊張，有鬼片的Fu~真的是要嚇屎我了!!~~ 去廟裡找法師那段還蠻意想不到的，原本以為找法師，奈應該就沒戲唱了~ (心裡猜想著應該就是法師將她收服之類的~大家又歡樂的過日子之類的) 沒想到聖水被打翻、聖米被拿去餵小鳥!!!(小鳥哪來的!!!)，結界被人工破壞!! 法師竟然烙跑!!!!!WTF~奈很生氣為什麼大家要阻止他們在一起， 奈發怒地說要帶走邁時~(我心想該不會邁會葛屁，兩人當鬼夫妻之類的~) 殊不知，後面的劇情發展真是太感人了~太催淚了!!!此時眼淚真的止不住地一直掉~ 看見邁去挖屍體，親吻她的額頭抱著屍體大哭，回家看到變成鬼的奈， 還要假裝沒事地吃枯葉~(太令人感動!!!) 最後結局當然也是happy ending，有點顛覆人鬼殊途的想法~ 奈去廟裡幫忙修漏水真是太爆笑了~ 真心推薦給大家!!~蠻值得看的一部片!!~內容很多笑點但有照著劇情發展鋪陳， 後面的結尾也很顛覆傳統鬼片~!! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.25.226.96

中國人買房潮殺到紐約，從市中心曼哈頓黃金地段到貧民區，所到之處房價即升，害苦當地想置產的人。

地產商和經紀則想方設法吸金，「四年前我每年只有兩三個中國客，現在每年二、三十個，每天都要跟他們打交道。」房地產經紀告訴香港《蘋果》記者，中國客已成最重要客戶。

中國豪客紐約買房不手軟。

綠能由盈轉虧案　林郭文艷訊後請回

【胡守得／台北報導】大同公司董事長林蔚山的妻子林郭文艷，因身兼大同公司總經理，檢調為了解林女對旗下子公司綠能科技的營運狀況，昨晚以證人身分將她約談到案，今天凌晨2時55分，檢察官訊後將她請回。
 
檢調表示，綠能內線交易案中，目前並未發現林郭文艷在調降財測前，出脫大同或綠能股票紀錄，但因她身為集團總經理，為釐清她對綠能經營情況的掌握，傳林女證述，訊後以尚有證據待查，將她請回。
 
至於綠能總經理林士源，涉嫌在調降財測前，陸續以自己及親名名義，出脫120張綠能股票，今天凌晨2時40分，檢察官複訊後，依違反《證券交易法》向法院聲請羈押禁見。
