我們是一間香港公司, 剛來台灣發展, 在台灣還沒有成立公司,
想先試試這裡的市場反應再決定如何設立台灣分公司,
但最近需要一些代收貨款的快遞宅配服務,
黑貓, 大嘴鳥, 大榮, 新竹貨運和郵局都要求提供在台設立公司的商業登記,
而我們又不想讓款項進入員工的私人帳戶,
請問有沒有人知道還有哪些較小型的公司,
能提供貨到付款 ( 代收貨款 ) 的服務呢 ?　

註: 我們只有香港的公司登記及香港匯豐銀行的帳戶

進烤箱兩小時沒出來 男無生命跡象

新北市新莊區一名46歲傅姓男子，今天下午4時許使用自家簡易式三溫暖烤箱；傅男家屬下午5時許返家，發現傅男在使用烤箱，不疑有他。但過一個鐘頭後，傅仍未出來，家屬察覺不對勁，打開烤箱發現傅男已沒有呼吸心跳，背部和小腿21%二度灼傷，送醫不治。

據家屬表示，傅男使用的簡易烤箱是一種可以擺放在走道，且可坐可躺的機器。傅男患有腦瘤，靠吃中藥治病。家屬質疑，機器為什麼會導致傅男身上出現燙傷，警方稍晚將到傅男住處採證，確切死因待檢方相驗後釐清。

公文流出如要罰 柯文哲：坐蔡壁如旁

台北市長柯文哲在今晚播出的三立電視台專訪，提到大巨蛋、世大運等議題，對日前有公文外流問題怎麼處理？柯說，如果要處罰那員工，叫他坐在蔡壁如旁一個月；以前很多助理，坐在蔡旁邊，坐一個禮拜就胃潰瘍，也不是因蔡壁如逼人逼得很緊，只是因為蔡通常辦公室第一個來，最後一個走。

對恐嚇電話的想法，柯文哲說，人活在世界上，每一件事情都要很緊張，那就不要活了，所以「Take it easy，放輕鬆一點就好了」。

不過柯也提到自己有隨扈，太太陳珮琪和孩子沒有，所以有點麻煩，且媒體跟拍也讓珮琪哭了。

柯文哲透露，現在珮琪的門診掛號數暴增，但很多是掛號來陳情的，不是掛號來看病的，不過這些陳情信自己都不看，希望民眾還是循正常管道。

Polarizer prices continuing to drop

Polarizer makers have seen pricing for their products drop about 3% a quarter over the last few quarters, which is expected to carry over into early 2015.

The makers expect the trend to continue throughout the first quarter of the year and then slow down by the second. Orders will still remain at healthy levels throughout the first quarter but may experience a slight decline in February due to the Lunar New Year holiday period.

Polarizer makers such as Chimei Materials saw steady performances in the fourth quarter of 2014 driven by demand in the TV panel segment despite the declining pricing.

Meanwhile, Japan-based Nitto Denko expects its fiscal 2014-2015 revenues to increase 10% on year due to steady demand for smartphone and tablet orders.

洪嘉文：轉戰北市 朱立倫樂見人才交流

新北市府教育局副局長洪嘉文今天說，對於將接任台北市體育局長一職，市長朱立倫表示高興，樂見雙北人才相互交流。

洪嘉文下午在與記者見面，說明被推薦遴選為台北市體育局長後，隨即單獨去市長室，告知朱立倫與台北市長柯文哲見面經過。

洪嘉文表示，依行政倫理與公家機關用人過程，通常用人機關確定之後，他才會告知原服務機關的首長。他告知朱立倫希望前往台北市服務的心路歷程，也感謝朱立倫給他機會在新北市服務3年多。

洪嘉文也說，一切都要等明天與台北市府聯繫之後才能確定。對於將出任北市體育局長，他說「朱市長很高興，且樂見台北市與新北市人才交流」。

洪嘉文坦言，最近兩週有許多師大的朋友勸進；他未主動參加遴選，而是透過遴選委員會由別人推薦而入選。

洪嘉文表示，接任台北市體育局長不是跳火坑，而是「承擔責任、面對挑戰」，上任後首要面對的問題，就需處理2017年世大運，並且希望透過運動賽事，在國際上行銷台北市。

他認為，自己曾申辦全中運、大運會與其他國際賽事，有多項大型賽會實務經驗，而柯文哲正希望找對於舉辦大型賽會擁有豐富經驗的人，「或許這就是我被遴選的原因吧」。

洪嘉文說，世大運包括大巨蛋問題、林口選手村、選手村內餐廳、足球場選擇人工或天然、籌委會與執行委員會是否微調，都是需要立即克服的問題。

華航：強化勞資對話溝通

華航「黃絲帶」抗議延燒，中華航空表示，將促請業管單位主管與員工開啟對話，在雙方凝聚共識的前提下，會以具體行動表現誠意；員工反映資訊不對等，華航會強化溝通機制。

不滿年終及勞動條件，華航空服員發起「黃絲帶」抗議，民主進步黨籍立法委員段宜康今天舉行協調會，民航局表示將研議修正審查綱要，考慮將未來「重大勞資爭議案件」納入分配航權的考量。

出席協調會的華航公關副總郭興長表示，空服員代表反映工時、休時及飛時的勞動條件問題，華航將促請業管單位主管開啟與員工對話，在雙方凝聚共識的前提下，華航會以具體行動表現誠意。

對於有空服員反映資訊不對等，郭興長說，華航將會強化溝通機制。

參與協調會的空服員代表說，年終獎金只是導火線，針對勞動條件，希望能夠建立基層員工與高層直接溝通的平台，在問題解決前，黃絲帶活動不會停止。

華航表示，4名遭暫時停飛的客艙組員中，轉地面訓練考核有3名合格，明天起陸續復飛；另一名空服員因為仍在休假，後續考核合格後也可重新接受空服任務。

金馬獎最佳導演許鞍華電影《黃金時代》本月13日將在台灣上映，她近日飛來台灣宣傳，昨在台北光點華山戲院舉辦映後座談，近200位影迷熱情提問。許鞍華當初第一時間就選定湯唯出任女主角，她說，當初在《色，戒》看到湯唯有一種特殊的眼神，「她會有一種突然回頭在看自己在想什麼的感覺，有點邪門，但是很吸引我」。她也覺得湯唯擁有看似普通但神情異於常人的樣貌，加上個子很高，像個天才，很適合詮釋神經質的女主人翁，「湯唯外表普通但又特別，更是個好演員，我們開會時，編劇、投資方所有人也都認同這個選擇」。
 
《黃金時代》講述傳奇作家蕭紅，許鞍華過去則曾拍張愛玲作品改編的《半生緣》，蕭紅與張愛玲在文學史上齊名，影迷好奇許鞍華是怎麼看待2位女作家？她表示自己較愛看張愛玲的小說，較有共鳴，「但年紀大了，我卻感覺到蕭紅的優秀，她最好時期的作品應該更勝張愛玲」。話鋒一轉，她笑說：「但我絕不會和這兩個人當朋友，她們太聰明，太敏感了，我還沒有開口，她們就知道我要說什麼，那太恐怖了。」（陳意佳／台北報導）
