桃園市觀音區1處養雞場，飼養4萬多隻肉雞，28日爆發異常死亡，2千多隻肉雞突暴斃，桃園市動物保護防疫處接獲通報後，立即進行移動管制，並將檢體送交家畜衛生試驗所檢驗，昨天下午檢驗報告出爐，確診感染H5型家禽流行性感冒。

桃園市動物保護防疫處依標準防疫作業程序處理，今天上午防疫人員進入觀音區養雞場，撲殺2萬3千多隻雞，同時也進行雞舍及周邊環境消毒防疫。（石明啟／桃園報導）

去(2014)年12月，日本琦玉縣川口市路上發生強制猥褻事件,警方逮捕了一名高中老師，這名男教師於晚間在川口市道路上發現一位正要回家的女子，他將女子撲倒後加以猥褻。事實上，狼師猥褻女性的案件不只在街頭發生，根據日本政府統計，2014年因為猥褻或性騷擾學生而受懲處的老師，高達205人為30年來最多的一年。

根據日本《產經新聞》報導，主管教育的文部科學省指出，2014年癡漢老師的數目為205人，是30年來首次超過200人的一年。文部科學省認為，由於智慧型手機使用變得普及，對LINE之類的通訊軟體依賴度增加，導致有老師變相把通訊軟體作為猥褻工具。

據統計，老師猥褻學生的行為以碰觸身體最多，其次是偷拍、性交、親吻、傳送情色文字或猥褻照等；而猥褻的場合多以車輛、住宅內、或地鐵等為主。

白宮：歐巴馬與達賴將一同參與活動

白宮今天指出，美國總統歐巴馬下週將參與華府一項公開活動，達賴喇嘛也將出席，此舉料將觸怒北京當局。

白宮國家安全會議（National Security Council）發言人米漢（Bernadette Meehan）表示：「總統將在全國祈禱早餐會（National Prayer Breakfast）就堅持宗教自由重要性發表談話。今年，主辦單位也邀請達賴喇嘛尊者（His Holiness the Dalai Lama）參加。」

1位國會助理表示，歐巴馬和達賴喇嘛將參加2月5日在華府舉行的全國祈禱早餐會。

達賴喇嘛已受邀參加這次年度活動，且證實他將會到場。歐巴馬則預定將會參加。

雖然中國大陸警告與這位西藏流亡精神領袖會面將傷害彼此關係，但歐巴馬仍與達賴喇嘛見過3次面，分別是在1年前、2010年和2011年。
