王仁甫日前上《女人我最大》節目分享經營副業的年度新計畫。他長期以來經營宜蘭民宿，尤其以推出的五星級餐點讓客人印象深刻，讓他慎重考慮另闢景觀餐廳的可能性，也決定從三月開始，先開放民宿的晚餐時段，讓部分非住宿客入內用餐，主持人藍心湄聽完嚷著要投資，還開玩笑說「既然大廚平時愛養鳥，乾脆餐廳名字就叫做『藍鳥園』！」（葉文正／台北報導）

台北市議員李彥秀今指出，她接獲寵物美容及用品業者陳情，開在北市第三種住宅區的寵物美容用品店，已向北市商業處申請營業登記，近日卻被檢舉開設地點違法，遭北市都發局開罰10萬元，但僅一牆之隔的動物醫院可合法設立，命運大不相同。
 
李彥秀說，依《台北市土地使用分區管制自治條例》規定，寵物美容及用品屬一般服務業，不得設立在第三種住宅區，但家畜醫院不在此限，但寵物美容及用品業經營單純，她呼籲北市府應為民著想，主動檢討法令。
 
北市動保處長嚴一峯表示，《公司法》修法後廢除事先審查，改採登記管理分離，確實對主管機關在管理面造成困擾，且業者因不了解法令，投資後才發現該處不宜營業，事後還得遭裁罰，也形成困擾。他認為應採用源頭管理，也讓業者有所依循。北市都發局科長戴興達回應，該局會傾聽業者聲音、研議修法，也會留意業者進駐後，會不會造成環境問題。（郭美瑜／台北報導）

原本陷入本季低潮，近10戰只拿3勝的台啤，上周靠著洋將「準老爸」歐布萊恩超人般的表現，狂取3連勝，不僅坐穩第三席位，也有挑戰璞園與富邦前兩名的機會，上季兩度獲選單月MVP的歐布萊恩，首度獲選為單周最佳球員。

一度以8勝3敗高居排頭的台啤，自去年12月27日在新竹與璞園之戰被璞園簡浩演出絕殺上籃開始，10戰只有3勝7敗，不僅與前兩名璞園與富邦差距拉大，還出現被擠出前四名的危機，不利於季後賽往前走。

上周台啤首戰裕隆，本土一哥劉錚還是沒法擺脫低潮，改以助攻與防守為主，此時歐布萊恩扛起攻守重任，不僅攻下他個人在SBL單場最高的42分，也抓下16籃板，3助攻與3抄截，助台啤輕鬆贏球。

次役面對排名第4的金酒，這場更重要的比賽，歐布萊恩打滿四十分鐘，又狂砍37分與18籃板，鋒頭壓過只有26分與13籃板的得分王金酒洋將B.戴維斯，最終台啤也驚險打敗金酒，解除排名掉落的危機。

上周最後一戰，本土一哥劉錚終於走出低潮，攻下全隊最高的21分，進攻上可以喘口氣的歐布萊恩，雖然只拿14分，但抓下18個籃板，是減低富邦在禁區威力的大功臣，依然是居功厥偉。

首度獲選單周最佳球員，歐布萊恩感覺很棒，他說，開季時身體有傷，也不太舒服，他努力去克服，現在他感覺到自己身體狀況非常好，上週超人般的表現，歐布萊恩認為，自己只是投籃手感不錯，也許是球隊已慢慢步入正軌。
