【更新】兇猛比特犬咬死浪浪 目擊民眾怨飼主無作為

(新增:飼主鄰居說法) 天呀！實在太驚悚，批踢踢網友tsanning發文轉貼影片表示，高雄鳳山大東藝術中心竟有飼主縱容自己養的比特犬狂咬一隻其他愛心媽媽餵養的黃狗，將黃狗的背部咬得血肉模糊，旁人紛紛出面幫忙，拿棍子欲支開兩隻狗，比特犬飼主竟然只是「隨便拉著他的牽繩」，一點制止的能力跟樣子都沒有，讓他看了很生氣。
該發文引發許多愛動物的網友憤怒，其中網友pikalu推文在批踢踢狗版看到有推文說小黃狗死掉了。其他網友則多譴責飼主養比特犬卻還沒管好、照顧好非常不應該，並認為養這種狗應該要列管。
有30餘年訓犬經驗的全勝愛犬訓練學校負責人林益宏指出，若遇到比特犬這類攻擊性較強或體型較大的犬種，應讓自家寵物保持適當距離，也不建議民眾上前撫摸或挑逗，避免遭受攻擊。若遇見犬隻攻擊的情況，林益宏說，可用牽繩套住犬隻的腹部將雙方分開，或以棍棒威嚇使其停止攻擊。
「太離譜！」高雄市關懷流浪動物協會理事長王小華表示，此案有接獲民眾反映，依《動保法》23公斤以上的狗，或性情較兇猛的狗，例：獒犬、高山犬，外出時飼主應幫寵物戴嘴套、並上繩，否則若造成他人或動物受傷，可處1萬5000元以上，7萬5000元以下罰鍰，若造成死亡、重傷、殘廢，則可處10萬元以上，50萬元以下罰鍰。
高雄市鳳山警分局成功派出所表示，當天是接到一名婦人報警，到場時，被咬的流浪狗不知跑到那裡去了，現場則有一名男人在拉扯中也被咬傷，他們已請狗主人要負責醫藥費。
高雄市動物保護處秘書郭明欽表示，20日已派員趕至飼主家中了解，高姓飼主聲稱狗是從家中爭脫才跑到對面公園內咬傷流浪犬，此案仍再調查處理中。
高男鄰居陳小姐指，上周四她的先生才目睹這隻公比特犬，沒主人陪同自己走出門，在住家附近咬住一隻黑色流浪狗咽喉，她的先生與鄰居用掃把打比特犬，「掃把都打斷了，牠也不放口。」直至流浪狗無氣息才鬆了口，現她與鄰居都願具名作證，希望飼主不管，動保處也該出面管，「難道要等到下次要咬小孩脖子!」投訴組 比特犬 小檔案 英文：American Pit Bull Terrier
