俄羅斯奧布寧斯克（Obinsk）街頭日前有名被遺棄的嬰兒，有隻路過的貓咪爬進裝有嬰兒的箱子，用身體幫嬰兒保暖，並喵喵叫希望引起路人注意。

據英國《每日郵報》報導，有名婦人外出丟垃圾時時，聽到貓叫聲，上前一看發現是社區共同飼養的瑪夏，身旁還有名棄嬰，婦人趕緊報警。

遭遺棄的男嬰只有3個月大，被發現當天外頭天氣十分寒冷，幸好瑪夏幫男嬰保暖，並及時被發現，送醫檢查無大礙。

事後社區的居民都把瑪夏當英雄，用牠最愛的食物犒賞牠。警方目前正在追查男嬰父母的下落。

研究發現，選擇5聲音階歌曲有助安眠，包括蕭邦的《夜曲》、周杰倫的《青花瓷》等緩和的歌曲。研究發現，選擇5聲音階歌曲有助安眠，包括蕭邦的《夜曲》、周杰倫的《青花瓷》等緩和的歌曲。【華人健康網記者黃曼瑩／台北報導】躺在床上睡不著覺？研究發現，選對音樂有助眠效果！醫師建議，選擇5聲音階歌曲有助安眠，包括蕭邦的《夜曲》、周杰倫的《青花瓷》等緩和的歌曲；但是不宜聽搖滾音樂、有歌詞的歌曲，或收音機節目等，以避免大腦無法休息，妨礙入睡。

根據台灣睡眠醫學學會2013年調查數據顯示，全台人口中有慢性失眠的比例高達19.3%，即每5人就有1人深受失眠之苦。失眠症狀包含入睡困難、睡眠品質不好、早醒等症狀。許多研究顯示，睡眠不足會導致記憶力、決策判斷能力，甚至人際互動能力下降。

研究：治療失眠，睡前聽舒緩音樂有助眠效果

治療失眠的方式除了使用藥物外，其實，另類療法也逐漸被普遍應用。桃園長庚醫院復健科與睡眠中心，結合醫師與音樂治療師的研究團隊，即針對24名慢性失眠患者進行檢測，研究使用睡眠多項生理檢查儀來蒐集睡眠狀況，更能以客觀數值顯示音樂助眠之效用。

桃園長庚醫院復健科主任陳智光表示，結果發現患者睡前聽舒緩音樂後，可縮短入眠時間，增加深睡時間，顯見音樂確實有助睡眠。舒緩音樂由兩位取得美國音樂治療證照之音樂治療師編曲，以及演奏錄製。音樂為鋼琴演奏，特色為緩慢速度、持續性旋律、無強烈節奏音色以及圓滑旋律線。因文化考量，音樂也特別採用五聲音階以較貼近台灣生活文化，此研究已刊登在國際知名《輔助與另類醫學》期刊。

5聲音階緩和的歌曲，助降低交感神經活性

桃園長庚醫院音樂治療師楊釗雯表示，包括蕭邦的《夜曲》、周杰倫的《青花瓷》等5聲音階緩和的歌曲，可以讓受試者聽音樂後體內交感神經活性降低，使心跳自原本約72 下，下降至約60下，以達入睡效果。

研究結果顯示，睡前聆聽舒緩音樂有助於增加深沉睡眠(睡眠周期中第3、4期之熟睡期)的時間，尤其是對於需要較長入睡時間的受試者有較大幫助。

音樂聆聽為非侵入性的介入，而且音樂的取得也非難事。若能取得適當的舒緩音樂，透過與專業醫療人員與音樂治療師諮詢或協助，或許不必依賴安眠藥，便能減緩失眠之苦。

姚貝娜病危新聞　大S按讚挨網友轟

演唱《後宮甄嬛傳》主題曲走紅的中國女星姚貝娜，昨因乳腺癌病情惡化，器官衰竭失去意識，送到加護病房進行搶救，仍不敵病魔在今下午離世，享年33歲。今有微博網友「毒蛇掌櫃」爆料，藝人大S竟在姚貝娜病危的新聞點讚，痛批她火上加油，事後大S趕緊道歉，稱不小心手滑才誤按讚。
 
網友「毒蛇掌櫃」稱，在眾人為姚貝娜的病情祈禱之時，大Ｓ竟在這條微博點讚，怒批：「不關心也就算了，還火上燒油」，又提到當年網友調侃王祖賢整容後，她也曾用「哭臉」表達女神幻滅，隨後秒刪文，吐槽大S「從細節之處可見其人品」；大S在微博趕緊澄清：「真的很抱歉！原本要恭喜范范，手滑按了不該按的讚！實在抱歉」。（陳嘉婉／綜合報導）

日本開發人臉投影Face Hacking技術，任何人都能三秒鐘變鋼鐵人

9c7475c6cd4fd00d66086f8642c8d04b 日本是一個追求時尚，追求極致的國度。最近展示了一種的視覺投影技術——人臉投影 （Face Hacking）。這種技術透過計算人臉輪廓的技術，然後利用投影的效果，可以瞬間變換人們的表情和外貌特徵，效果比「變臉」還神奇，而且讓人真假難辨。

日本資深偶像團體 SMAP 中的香取慎吾和草彅剛，在他們的節目中展示了 Face Hacking 這一神奇的技術。他們二人先是坐在舞臺中心，投影先在他們的臉上勾勒出輪廓和紋理。接著用技術分析去調整他們合適的臉部比例。演算完成之後，就可以開始變換造型。香取慎吾和草彅剛首先從機器人造型切換到非洲獵豹造型，再將多種不同的元素融合在一起後，就可以自由地變換表情。

Face Hacking 採用了即時臉部追蹤識別和 3D 動畫技術。同時在另外一段名為「OMOTE」的影片中，一位模特兒也在 Face Hacking 的幫助下「易容」成功。這是一種讓人驚歎的投影化妝技術，在不久的將來，這項技術將會很快地普及到廣大人們的生活中。

畢業于日本東北大學的淺井宣通 （Nobumichi Asai） 目前備受關注。他發揮了自己的想像力和投影技術的做了「Omote」的這段影片，原理為透過 3D 投影來捕捉畫面，然後迅速地變換圖案、風格還有尺寸。雖然從前也有人嘗試過進行人臉投影的相關技術，但 「Omote」呈現出來的效果更勝一籌。

淺井宣通以前也在舞臺和建築上進行過投影映射，而這次使用人臉 （有複雜的面部骨骼結構），作為投影物件則是一次技術上的突破。人們可以選擇面部表情切換、從機器人的外表和動物面部造型去變臉。由此可以看出新一輪科技進步的浪潮即將逼近，當今是個充滿創造力與想像力的時代。很多以前在電影中可以看到的場景和技術，如今都已經慢慢實現。

試想一下，如果 Face Hacking 技術慢慢地走進我們的生活中，除了可以娛樂和豐富我們平時的生活外，還是一個很好的「偽裝」工具。就像人們可以在別人面前總是面帶笑容，但實際上他們的心情卻是萬念俱灰，只是沒有從表情中流露出來。然而，如這項技術在未來普及後，人們就可以自備「表情貼圖」出門，表情也可隨心轉換。

或許人臉投影的技術還要等待一陣子才能真正商品化，而且需要許多投影機也不是一般人負擔得起。不過如果你有Kinect，搭配電視，也有機會以比較陽春的辦法來直接觀看效果。

張赫飾高麗王子 動作不用替身

（中央社記者姜遠珍首爾14日專電）南韓演員張赫在MBC電視連續劇「閃耀或瘋狂」中飾演高麗王子「王昭」一角，對練過截拳道十數年的他，動作場面他都不用替身，令粉絲們渴望觀賞他的新作品。

南韓「日刊體育」今天指出，電視劇「閃耀或瘋狂」製作單位13日公開了張赫拍攝激烈動作戲的片場照片，他穿著藍衣揮舞利劍，眼神犀利，霸氣十足。

據報導，張赫在「閃耀或瘋狂」中飾演高麗王子「王昭」一角，不僅展示了華麗動作戲，還展示了非常有張力的演技，是「可信賴的資深演員」。

「閃耀或瘋狂」負責人表示，張赫在現場並不擔心會受傷，幾乎所有的動作場面都不用替身，親自上陣，展示流暢、過癮的動作。

報導指出，「閃耀或瘋狂」是一部以高麗初期為背景的浪漫史劇，講述了不得不背負被詛咒的標籤生活的高麗王子「王昭」與被拋棄的渤海公主「信律」突然結婚後發生的故事。此劇將接檔目前正在熱播的「傲慢與偏見」在19日首播。1040114
