路樹砸死人 桃供法律經濟協助

文姓男子遭路樹砸傷不治，桃園縣工務局今說，出事路樹有修剪檢視，將了解原因，並提供家屬法律及經濟等相關的協助。
桃園縣工務局今天說，出事並壓傷人的路樹，為八德市公所多年前綠美化所種植，此路段路樹是由公所養護管理，定期進行路樹修剪，且保有公共意外險，以維持樹型避免刮風吹倒，同時確保交通安全。
桃園縣工務局說，此路段經現場初步檢視，樹根部分已生病腐爛，但外觀無病徵，且樹葉翠綠，事前並無倒塌的徵象。
他們指出，在路樹倒塌後，八德市公所第一時間已探視家屬並先致贈慰問金，後續將依所保公共意外險代為申請補償。而桃園縣府社會局於第一時間，立即指派社工人員聯繫家屬並安排關懷慰問，後續也將就家屬需求，提供法律、經濟、喪葬等相關協助。
