香港食物環境衛生署食物安全中心昨天表示，從台灣進口到香港的德昌食品「黑胡椒豆乾」，含有食品禁用的染色料二甲基黃，已要求廠商立刻下架。食藥署代署長姜郁美今天表示，二甲基黃在台灣屬於不得使用在食品中的色素，因此，已請食藥署中區區管中心及台中市衛生局派人到德昌食品查驗，會先了解廠內現場製作及使用原料狀況，並採檢體檢驗，不過，截至目前尚無訊息。

至於台灣是否比照香港下架，姜郁美說，因廠商喊冤、自認無違法添加，目前需進一步釐清，如果調查確實用到二甲基黃，會立即要求下架。而在尚未釐清前，廠商如果知道台灣也有與香港相同的產品及同批號，就應先主動通報，並自主下架。
