藥頭猥褻少女 判12年6月定讞

桃園縣一名男子兩年前會販賣K他命毒品，給一群來他家玩樂的青少年，還會趁機對來他家玩樂的少女伸鹹豬手，被害少女共有四位。最高法院審理後，依毒品、乘機猥褻少女罪，合併判處有期徒刑十二年六月定讞。（潘千詩報導）

判決書指出，43歲的安姓男子從民國101年1月開始在桃園縣中壢市的家中，以每包400元到500元不等的價格，販售第三級毒品K他命給來他家玩樂的好幾名青少年，除此之外，安姓男子還會趁著一群青少年、少女到他家過夜、喝酒時，趁少女睡到不省人事時上下其手猥褻，其中有兩名少女驚醒提告，檢警調查後，又發現還有另外兩名少女受害。

法院審理期間，安姓男子否認販毒，辯稱毒品是跟少年等人合資要自己施用，對於被控猥褻部分他也否認犯行，辯稱根本不認識四名被害少女，也不知道對方年紀，四人都是少年帶到他家，大約晚上十點就會離開，不曾在他家過夜，當然也沒有趁機猥褻的問題。不過少年證稱曾向他買毒，而且被害少女是穿國中制服過去。高院認定安姓男子犯行明確，依違反毒品危害防制條例、成年人故意對少年犯乘機猥褻罪，判處有期徒刑12年6月，案經最高法院駁回上訴確定。

手機掉進水裡，不聽使喚了，該怎麼辦?美國科羅拉多州有業者聲稱，只要把手機放進他們研發的烘乾機裡，20分鐘就能讓手機起死回生，真有這麼神嗎?一起來看看。

生活大小事都離不開手機的現代人，最怕一不小心把愛機掉進水裡，再也救不回來。

這位老兄居然把時下最夯的智慧型手機泡進水裡，故意害手機失靈，但神奇的是，放進機器裡烘了20分鐘之後，原本不聽使喚的手機，居然起死回生。

業者是在朋友發生手機掉進馬桶的慘劇後，靈機一動，研發出這台結合了負壓與熱力學技術的烘乾機。

據統計，美國每年約有7%的用戶，會把手持裝置不小心掉進水裡，業者聲稱只要在第一時間把電源關掉，盡快送進這台神器裡烘，救回的成功機率非常高，也難怪連遠在地球另一端的馬達加斯加，都有人打電話來求助呢!(民視新聞 綜合報導)

這場女子高爾夫球比賽在宮崎的高爾夫球場舉行，盧曉晴打完4天72洞，與日本高手穴井詩並列第一，進入驟死賽，於第2洞抓小鳥贏得比賽。獲得2500萬日圓獎金，是年度最高獎金。(中央社)

【交通】請問到河口湖的交通 - 2014-11-30, 22:26

我們是台灣農曆過年要到日本玩，規劃一天要到河口湖，那時候搭巴士會塞車嗎???
是搭巴士方便快速還是坐JR中央本線到大月再換乘方便快速？
還是有什麼建議????????
