請問一下~
我想練歌 但又有點怕一個丟臉...

之前跟朋友3個人去錢櫃 有認真觀察了一下
我開自助吧的
中間服務生只進來過1次
請問這事很正常的?

我想問的事
1 . 若我一個人去時 沒有用自助吧 服務生近包廂次數會多嗎

2 . 若我在櫃檯開包時說2個人 但其實只有我一個 他們會進來看人數?
我是不介意副2人份

奇美醫學中心電腦刀中心主治醫師林奎利今天在院內衛教宣導會中表示，依衛生福利部的癌病資料庫統計，民國100年初次診斷為攝護腺惡性腫瘤者共有4628人；與73年的212人相較，27年間增加22倍，是男性癌症中增加最快的腫瘤。

林奎利指出，攝護腺癌通常分為4期；第1、2期可選擇開刀或放射線治療；第3期因已侵犯出攝護腺包膜，不宜再用手術治療，常用放射線加荷爾蒙治療，以達到最大效果。

他說，奇美使用電腦刀放射線及荷爾蒙治療第1期到第3期的病人，均可達到5年存活率，攝護腺特殊抗原控制率也大於95%。民國100年開始收治第4期病人，排除骨骼或其他遠端器官後，至今年9月供收治18名病人，平均年齡為71歲。

林奎利表示，經由電腦刀配合螺旋刀或銳迅刀，對癌症病灶先行大範圍放射線治療25次；再使用電腦刀針對攝護腺附近，做高劑量3次根除性放射線治療。18名病人追蹤至今皆無嚴重副作用產生，且攝護腺特殊抗原控制率良好，沒有升高復發現象。將再繼續追蹤，盼有效提高5年存活率。

他說，一般來說，早期攝護腺癌的治療效果不錯；但晚期攝護腺癌可能轉移至淋巴、骨骼或其他器官，情況會比較複雜。在治療技術進步情況下，希望電腦刀配合螺旋刀或銳迅刀的放射線治療，能展現更好的治療成果。(中央社)
