國民黨主席馬英九今天表示，台北市長參選人連勝文不是素人，連勝文有管理經驗、有崇高理想，也有務實的方法，希望能把棒子傳下去，「一棒接一棒，棒棒都很棒」。

中國國民黨下午在成功高中活動中心舉行台北市小組長團結大會。國民黨主席馬英九、台北市長參選人連勝文、國民黨副主席兼秘書長曾永權和台北市各區議員參選人一同出席。

馬英九表示，連勝文是第一次參選這麼大的選舉，看連勝文一步一步累積自己的實力、磨練自己的經驗，「他和兩個月前不一樣了」，「他知道他在說什麼、做什麼」。

馬英九說，做一個首都市長，必須要有領袖氣質，要能提出解決方法，「不能只提空洞概念，不能把決策交還給人民，人民選你就是要你幫他做決定，調和各方、聽取民意做最後的決定」。

馬英九說，他2008年上任總統，碰到1930年以來最大的金融海嘯，很多人都很擔心會不會倒下去，但當時的行政院長劉兆玄宣布銀行存款全額保障、4年5000億擴大內需方案，逐漸把情勢穩定下來。他認為，之所以能成功共度難關，跟團隊裡面有很多人在台北市政府做事過有關係。

馬英九表示，連勝文不是素人，他有管理經驗、有崇高理想，也有務實的方法，希望能把棒子傳下去，「一棒接一棒，棒棒都很棒」。

馬英九向現場藍營支持者喊話，他說，過去2次台北市長選舉、2次總統大選，「大家把票投給我，這麼多的票，希望這一次，支持我的人把票投給連勝文，好不好？」現場民眾揮旗加油，旗海飄揚。

本報訊

加拿大總理哈珀今天與中國大陸官員簽署數十項商業協定，總值達25億美元，其中包括在加拿大成立人民幣離岸結算中心。

哈珀今天也向中國大陸國務院總理李克強提及人權及2名因間諜罪名被拘捕的加拿大賈瑞特（Kevin andJulia Garratt）夫婦。李克強在記者會上表示，加中雙方確實談到人權及賈瑞特夫婦案件。

對於賈瑞特夫婦案，李克強表示，中方會依法處理。

賈瑞特夫婦被拘留已3個月，中方並未正式起訴2人，加拿大政府迄今也尚未正式要求中方釋放賈瑞特夫婦。不過賈瑞特夫婦案件差點導致哈珀總理取消中國大陸之行。在加拿大公開指控中國政府駭客入侵加拿大國家研究委員會電腦系統後，賈瑞特夫婦被捕。

因為加中關係最近發生的齟齬，哈珀總理遲至上週五（10月31日）才正式回覆中方會赴中國大陸訪問。哈珀昨天在記者會上表示，之所以仍前來參加亞太經濟合作會議，主要是中方強力邀請。

哈珀明天還將與中國大陸國家主席習近平會晤。(中央社)

弱勢童走訪古蹟 福容飯店作東請客

三芝區公所與淡水福容愛之船郵輪飯店合作，邀請三芝地區36名弱勢孩童到淡水參觀紅毛城及滬尾砲台，中午則前往福容大飯店享用午餐，飯店也招待小朋友登上情人塔電梯觀賞淡海景色。

社會人文課長盧愛玲表示，為讓弱勢孩童感受到更多溫暖及關懷，區公所首次安排此次的參訪活動，並與福容飯店合作讓孩子可以享受更多愛心。

福容飯店表示，許多弱勢家庭的孩童由於父母親忙於工作、失業或是隔代教養缺少溫暖關懷，這次飯店與公所的合作只是拋磚引玉，希望藉此吸引更多企業、民眾加入關懷行列。
