對南投地區的獨居長者而言，這一季的秋天將充滿美好回憶！趁著秋高氣爽的時節，台灣高鐵公司特別提供台中至台北的來回車票，幫助獨居長輩們搭高鐵出遊，歡度一個難忘又溫馨的秋遊假期。華山基金會埔里站蔡文豪站長表示，高鐵打造一日生活圈，堪稱銀髮族旅遊的最佳交通工具，感謝高鐵公司的熱心幫助，讓經濟弱勢的獨居老人，也能感受社會的溫暖與關懷、開心出遊。

高鐵台中站表示，面對高齡化社會的來臨，「在地老化」已成未來趨勢，透過許多志工團體的投入，幫助獨居長輩也能夠在家享受美好晚年。志工人員曾調查長輩們的心願，結果不約而同都想搭高鐵出遊；經過高鐵公司與華山基金會的共同努力，終於促成這次獨居長輩的高鐵之旅。特別是快速便捷的高鐵列車能夠幫助他們一日往返目的地，省去在外過夜的不便，減輕旅行的體力負擔，老人家們都十分希望趕快成行，「對弱勢長輩而言，搭高鐵出遊真是最特別的禮物！ 」

獨居的張阿嬤只有在年輕時曾跟著丈夫去過台北，多年前丈夫去世，由於行動不便又要照顧病弱的兒子，雖然很想舊地重遊，但一想到往返車程就令她怯步，這次在高鐵公司的幫助下，可以實現方便又快速的實現夢想，讓阿嬤心中充滿期待！
此外，獨居在南投縣仁愛鄉的83歲黃奶奶，年輕時與丈夫相約要火車環島旅行，無奈先生因病早世，始終無法圓夢，去年黃奶奶更得知自己罹患胃癌，原本以為心願遙遙無期。此次在高鐵公司幫助下終能成行，黃奶奶非常興奮，希望在尚有體力時，不只完成自己的夢想，更要一併實現丈夫的心願，黃奶奶說：希望透過這趟雙倍幸福的高鐵之旅，讓自己與先生都不再感到遺憾！

高鐵台中站表示，台灣高鐵公司為落實企業的社會責任，持續幫助弱勢團體，希望將對社會的關懷，化為實際行動，把溫暖傳送到需要的角落，更讓高齡長輩們，也能享受到高鐵建設的成果。透過幫助他們親自體驗高鐵的快速、平穩與舒適，留下旅程中的美好回憶。希望讓每一輛滿載溫馨的高鐵列車，持續為社會帶來愛與關懷的美好旅程。

香港佔中持續發酵的可怕內幕：原來大家都被騙了 - 2014-10-23, 16:59

近幾年來革命這個詞一直很忙，從中東/北非再到東歐，只要出現西方推崇的民主化改革運動，隨之而來先是街頭暴力隨後就是內亂和內戰，烏克蘭是2014年民主革命的典範，而現在因民主風暴而動蕩的烏克蘭，已經被看作是美俄安全戰略的爭鋒之地。
所以現在回頭再看，烏克蘭的街頭民主運動從一開始就是美國削弱俄羅斯東歐影響力的工具。
在外界普遍認為，因為烏克蘭問題所造成的美俄戰略衝突，會把美國的精力重新拉回到歐洲的時候，美國宣稱不會影響其正在大力推行的重返亞洲再平衡戰略也就是説不會因為美俄對抗影響其遏制中國崛起的戰略佈局。
我們可以看到的是在美國操縱下，東海南海矛盾依然突出。當然美國覺得僅是安全上的遏制還不夠，還要讓中國也不能在民主化運動的浪潮中獨善其身。
由於中國大陸社會內部和諧穩定，這讓美國無從下手，所以由外而內的戰略就應運而生。
97和99年象徵中國百年屈辱史的港澳相繼回歸，台灣問題就成為中國唯一的統一難題。隨著兩岸關係的深入融合發展，台灣海峽正在變窄。
美國表面上支援兩岸的和平交流，但是實際上從來沒有放棄台灣這個美國亞太戰略重地的念頭。在關鍵時候插刀是美國駕輕就熟的手法。
台灣的太陽花運動名義上是反服貿，實際上就是島內台獨勢力和外部干涉勢力合夥阻礙兩岸關係順暢深入發展的手段，革命是要流血犧牲的，而那些學生在幹什麼呢？違法衝擊政府機構不説，竟還當街給情侶發放發情用的艾妃笛刻噴劑和避孕套，夜里大搞性愛派對。他們的目的無非是將兩岸同胞族群化，影響島內民眾的統一意願。
但是他們最終還是無法阻擋兩岸交流融合的的潮流。那麼香港的佔中事件與兩岸關係又有什麼關聯呢?
問題還在一國兩制這個焦點上。因為中國解決台灣問題的基礎就是已經在港澳問題上成功實施的一國兩制戰略。
讓香港亂起來，把香港這個一國兩制戰略的典範變成負面教材，不但可以分散中國的精力和國際政治資源，還可以對島內支援一國兩制和平統一的台灣同胞形成思想衝擊。
現在境外媒體開始迫不及待地用“雨傘革命”命名香港“佔領中環”事件，其目的就是渲染所謂的民意對香港一國兩制條件下的民主制度不滿，來達到抹黑一國兩制國策。
筆者認為，如果佔中事件不能有效平息，那麼下一輪跳出來的就會是港獨主張了。這毫無疑問是與外部勢力與台獨勢力共同操縱的島內太陽花運動一脈相承的。
97回歸之後，是成功的一國兩制政策和中央政府無私的支援，造就了香港社會17年來持續的穩定繁榮。
在此歷程中，金融風暴/經濟危機都沒有讓香港社會受到大的衝擊，但是短短半月的佔中事件卻讓香港陷入前所未有的混亂。
隨著外部支援勢力逐漸浮出水面，所有中華同胞都應該看清楚一點，外部干涉勢力要禍亂的不只是香港，而是要阻擋整個中華民族偉大復興的腳步。
