台北市長郝龍斌今天表示，台北市跟金門縣有非常多的合作，為了繼續未來的合作，他為國民黨台北市長參選人連勝文拉票。

郝龍斌今天出席台北市金門縣同鄉會會員大會，致詞時表示，金門縣政府與台北市政府長期以來都有非常好的互動，金門人可以直接在台北市辦理地政、稅務及戶政業務，也有很多的金門人在台北市政府服務，例如現任悠遊卡公司董事長張家生。另外，金門的愛心卡、敬老卡現在在台北市都享有搭車及其他相關優惠。

郝龍斌表示，未來兩縣市的合作要持續下去，第一個要金門縣長李沃士繼續連任，第二個就是台北市長的接棒人選有共同理念，因此他鄭重推薦台北市長參選人連勝文。

郝龍斌致詞後離開會場，在門口遇見較晚抵達的連勝文，隨即陪同連勝文再度進入會場，並讓連勝文坐在主桌他原本的座位。

連勝文致詞時表示，過去金門以一個島屏障整個台灣的安全，現在金門又成為兩岸交流的橋梁。他過去在悠遊卡公司工作時，跟金門縣有很多合作，希望未來合作能夠持續。

47歲王祖賢淡出影壇12年，定居加拿大，網路上不時有熱心網友分享她的近照，讓喜愛她的影迷能更新「小倩」的動態。有王祖賢的粉絲上傳小倩近日返台參加佛教活動的照片，照片中王祖賢穿著簡單素雅，雙手合十非常虔誠，空靈模樣依舊。

據環保署空氣品質監測網說明，紫外線指數在8至10間為過量級，曝曬20分鐘就有曬傷可能；紫外線指數在11以上屬於危險級，曝曬15分鐘就有曬傷可能。

今天的紫外線預報顯示，北部、中部地區紫外線指數8，宜蘭、雲嘉南地區9，竹苗、高屏地區紫外線指數達到10，6地區有機會達過量級；花東地區紫外線指數11，達危險級。

環保署提醒，民眾在上午10時到下午2時最好減少外出，且應戴帽子、帶陽傘，擦防曬乳、戴太陽眼鏡等防曬措施，以免曬傷中暑。

全國紫外線監測站共34站，由行政院環境保護署（14站）及交通部中央氣象局（20站）共同執行。

此外，空氣品質預報部分，今天13日台灣西半部及馬祖、金門地區空氣品質為普通至不良等級，指標污染物為臭氧及懸浮微粒。台灣東半部及澎湖地區空氣品質為良好等級。(中央社)
