餿水油事件撼動全台，強冠企業生產「全統香豬油」產品並非GMP認證產品，且其生產線與GMP認證產品的生產線不同。但仍有5家GMP業者用了全統的油，台灣食品GMP發展協會今(8)天召開記者會致歉。

GMP協會理事長孫寶年說，這次劣質油品事件，不諱言強冠生產的全統香豬油是非常沒有道德的，目前有5家會員廠，不幸的用了他們的油，有14樣產品，為了這個事情造成社會的傷害和大家的不安，「我們協會代表廠商向社會大眾致歉」。

這5家中鏢的GMP廠分別是味王、味全、奇美、陸仕、裕國。

她說，台灣的食品產業非常的好，技術也非常精進，但是不曉得為什麼出了這麼多的問題，希望不要是劣幣驅逐良幣，造成大家吃也吃不安心，食品產業也被打得稀哩嘩啦；食品產業如果不好好發展，那就會開始沒落關門，員工就會受到更大的傷害。

餿水油事件爆發後，南投縣政府五天以來，已清查縣內4家中盤商，並稽查各餐飲業者567家次、糕餅業者71家次、零售業者93家次和夜市業者總計79家次，共下架回收全統香豬油145桶(2175公斤) 、合將香豬油下架回收10桶(150公斤)、月餅98顆(24.137公斤)，和味全及維力等相關違規產品輔導下架共3159件。

南投縣衛生局今天除了陸續稽查封存縣內裕國冷凍公司和全冠公司的玉米濃湯、蘑菇醬、蘑菇醬-豬肉口味和貢丸等使用全統香豬油的產品外，也接獲彰化縣衛生局通報，彰化上泓食品行使用強冠劣質豬油生產「迷你吐司系列-香蒜/香酥」產品，縣內的珍欣食品有限公司為上泓下游廠商。

南投縣衛生局表示，珍欣食品有限公司進貨「上泓香蒜／香酥手工烤吐司」，總計24箱共480包，已在4日全數供貨給臺灣楓康超市 (台中烏日總公司)，已無存貨，目前已主動通知臺灣楓康超市全面下架回收，並回報彰化縣衛生局請台中市政府衛生局進行後續追蹤查察。
