《CNBC》報導，美國股市早盤小幅上漲，投資人關注美元與油價波動。

本週美國沒有重要經濟數據公佈，投資人焦點轉向美元匯率與國際原油價格表現。道瓊工業指數再度來到近 18200 點，離史上最高點只差一小步。

分析師表示，近期市場上漲是受到聯準會聲明影響，投資人普遍認為聯準會將會持續維持寬鬆貨幣政策，推升市場行情。不過四月份開始美國即將進入財報週，市場需要更多樂觀數據支撐維持在歷史高點。

截至台北時間 01:35，道瓊工業指數上漲 43.42 點，或 0.24%，來到 18171.07 點。

標普 500 指數上漲 1.83 點，或 0.09%，來到 2109.93 點。

那斯達克指數下跌 4.41 點，或 –0.09%，來到 5022.01 點。

芝加哥證券交易所波動率指數 VIX 上漲 2.76%，來到 13.38 點。

美元對全球主要貨幣匯率下跌，10 年期美債殖利率盤中來到 1.91%。

華航董座改選 兩人呼聲高

華航今年6月股東常會將改選董事，現任董事長孫洪祥可能退休，華航大股東航發會下月初董事會將討論華航新董座人選。據了解，有多人積極爭取華航董事長職位，華航總經理林鵬良與前台灣高鐵公司董事長范志強都是熱門人選。

交通部長、航發會董事長陳建宇昨（23）日表示，現在孫洪祥表現很不錯，今年1、2月華航營運狀況非常好，員工也加發一個月薪資；林鵬良表現也很稱職，但距離6月股東會還有一段時間，等時間近一點再決定。

消息指出，林鵬良於2013年11月被派任接掌華航總經理，當時即有人傳言，林鵬良是前交通部長葉匡時的愛徒兼好友，他到華航擔任總經理，就是要準備未來接掌華航董座。

孫洪祥從總經理接掌董事長才一年多，但今年已66歲，傳出交通部有意讓他退休，一旦林鵬良升任華航董事長，華航總經理可能由桃機公司總經理費鴻鈞出任。

有一說是政府高層考量前高鐵公司董事長范志強來接華航董座，主要是范志強銜命處理高鐵財改方案，最後雖未能成功，但相當努力。
