德盛安聯PIMCO多元收益債券產品經理蔡明潔指出，歐元區制裁俄羅斯影響自身經濟復甦，加上經濟數據偏弱、通縮疑慮增強，德國指標10年期公債殖利率過去一周持續再破低點，顯示投資市場對於安全資產仍有需求。

除了德國公債出現逾十年來最大利差，美國上周發行30年期公債，發行殖利率為2013年5月來最低，認購倍數2.6倍也高於近期水準，反應美債需求強勁。

蔡明潔指出，過去一周可轉債受惠於股市回升表現可圈可點；高收益債獲得資金回流、俄羅斯美元公債殖利率明顯回落，上周全球高收益債與新興市場主權債表現亦突出。

台大醫學院退休教授謝豐舟在臉書發文，批評政治人物「別用潑水秀消費罕病」，郭台銘還點名林志玲，希望她穿得暴露一點，把原來立意良善的呼籲大家重視罕病善舉拿來做口頭洩慾工具。

謝豐舟也點出罕病研究資源缺乏，他舉例，偌大的台大醫院雖然投入大量研究經費在基因體研究，也設有規模不小的基因體醫學研究中心，但對這些罕病卻興趣不高，研究人員只想去尋找偉大的未知癌症基因。整個台大醫院只有二位專職的遺傳諮詢師，醫界龍頭尚且如此，其他可想而知。
