網球一姐謝淑薇與中國大陸的彭帥女子雙打組合，在法國網球公開賽（French Open）上奪得金杯，再添台灣之光。有人將彭帥與謝淑薇稱為「海峽組合」或是「兩岸配」。這兩位來自海峽兩岸的中、台姊妹淘，都是1986年出生，而且生日只差了4天。
她們兩人的並肩作戰，自去年的溫布敦榮登后座之後即大放光芒，國外的媒體如此報導此網壇雙人組：
Hsieh, of Taiwan, and China's Peng, both 28 and born four days apart, extended their win-loss record to 12-0 in doubles finals with their victory on the Paris clay.
以上的報導是說：「來自台灣的謝和中國的彭，兩人都是28歲且生日差了4天，以巴黎紅土球場上的勝利將她們雙打決賽的勝負紀錄擴大到12比0。」
此報導中的both 28 and born four days apart是同位語，是從who are both 28 and born four days apart演變而來，只是省略了關係代名詞子句中的who are。另一個好字是extend；在國際職場與多益測驗裡，表示「擴展、擴張」最常用的兩個字是extend與expand，而extend尤其還有延長與延期（時間）的用法，它的名詞extension又是電話的「分機」，取其電話線延長之意。

這裡的key不是「鑰匙」而是音樂上的「調子」，所以low-key是形容詞「低調的」。

本題的正確答案是(A)。在定冠詞the與名詞之間，可以想見必然是放一個形容詞來形容這是如何的歡迎（welcome），例如A warm welcome is a friendly welcome.四個答案中，只有(A)是形容詞，所以為正解。
答案(B)是名詞、(C)是副詞、(D)是過去分詞或當形容詞用，表示「感到溫暖的」，多用於「人」。
本題題意為「Smithson銀行以溫馨的歡迎而聞名，而此歡迎延伸到所有的新員工。」句中的extend即為我們上述彭、謝法網女子雙打奪冠句中的extend，有「擴展、擴大、延伸、延期」之意。
