法新社／30日電

華府30日再度把中國列為違反智慧財產權的首犯，並宣稱中國竊取美

國商業機密的做法極為令人關切。

美國貿易代表 (USTR)對違反智慧財產權的「特別301報告」，再度把

中國列為「優先觀察名單」中的10個國家的首位。這是中國第25次名

列這項年度名單。

USTR說，雖然在合作對抗仿冒產品和軟體及盜版方面略有改善，可是

中國仍然對美國智慧財產權造成重大損害，而擁有智產權者要在中國

伸張其權利仍然面對嚴重障礙。

不過，報告中說，最嚴重的問題還是在中國國內外盜竊商業機密的做

法，而且只要這些人可以繼續肆無忌憚的作業，情況可能繼續惡化。

全球電子龍頭三星(Samsung)(005930-KR)試圖拉高手機部門的獲利，但隨著手機零件價格攀升，達到此一目標的挑戰也越來越多。

《華爾街日報》報導，三星第一季智慧型手機毛利率維持和去年同期一樣的水準，突顯三星在Galaxy S5手機需求不明的時期，更需要壓低成本。

三星高階主管日前表示，Galaxy S5獲得市場好評，預估銷量將可優於S4。

但分析師確認為，三星本季的利潤恐怕會下滑。

HMC投資與證券分析師Greg Roh表示，因為智慧型手機市場競爭激烈，且價格下降，獲利衰退是必然的，而三星若不改善內部效率，即無法防止此一態勢發生。

然而，在中國低價智慧型手機如小米、華為、聯想崛起後，獲利的壓力似乎有增無減。

三星今年首季智慧型手機市佔率從32.4%降至31.2%，為4年來首次下滑。

分析師Greg Roh預估，三星行動裝置部門今年第三、第四季的獲利，恐怕將下滑至15.9%及13.5%。

三星第一財季淨利潤和去年同期相比，成長5.9%，達7.57兆韓元（約73.2億美元），主要是因晶片銷量強勁，抵銷了行動部門銷量不佳的衝擊。

三星第一財季營收同比增長1.5%，達53.7兆韓元。

《華爾街日報》指出，造成三星利潤壓力的，主要是龐大的行銷費用，以及自行製造產品的費用。

三星為了迎合市場口味，以和中國低價手機競爭；另一方面，三星也推出高階智慧型手機，但因高階手機的製造成本較高，且整體智慧型手機的售價不斷下滑，導致三星不得不將其高階手機售價降低，限制了三星在價格面的競爭優勢。

市場研究調查機構HIS本月公布的報告指出，32GB Galaxy S5 的製造成本高達251.52美元，不僅高於蘋果iPhone 5S的207美元，更無法和在中國及印度販售的超低價Android智慧手機競爭，這類手機的製造成本可低到35美元。

曾和果郡王李東學傳緋聞的香港女星葉璇，曾獲國際華裔小姐冠軍，亦是電視台花旦，近年葉璇到中國拍劇，發展得不錯，不過據悉長期在中國生活的葉璇，行為舉止都漸漸變得「入鄉隨俗」。
 
昨天香港《壹週刊》拍到葉璇當眾挖鼻孔的「採礦三部曲」，原來她之前在橫店拍攝自製自演的劇集時，就被拍到她不顧自己的明星身份，於片場公然「採礦」挖鼻孔。不但左右手連環開弓，還有挖鼻孔三部曲：「挖、搓、彈」，一臉陶醉。不只如此，據《壹週刊》報導，葉璇完成三部曲後，還沒有洗手，然後就牽著劇中男演員衛侖演對手戲，不知對方知不知情介不介意呢？（唐慧穎／綜合報導）
