就在美國總統歐巴馬訪問亞洲之際，大陸國家主席習近平應約與南韓總統朴槿惠通電話，強調兩國友好關係。習近平除表示將致力實現朝鮮半島無核化外，還對南韓「歲月號」事件表示哀悼。

據新華社報導，習近平在電話中向朴瑾惠表示，當前中韓關係發展很好。兩人在荷蘭核安全峰會期間會晤，再次確認推動中韓關係發展、維護地區和平穩定的共同意願。兩人保持經常聯繫，充分顯示中韓關係的密切和重要。

習近平向朴瑾惠表示，歡迎她十一月到中國大陸出席亞太經合會（ＡＰＥＣ）領導人非正式會議。

朴槿惠則表示，當前兩國在各領域合作緊密，她歡迎並期待著習近平訪問韓國，就兩國關係及重大問題深入交換意見。習近平表示，願意在雙方方便的時候訪問韓國。

習近平還對南韓「歲月號」事件表示哀悼和慰問。根據韓方要求，中方將向韓方提供救援設備，並儘快派往事故海域。朴槿惠對此表示感謝。

雙方還就當前朝鮮半島形勢交換意見。習近平強調，中方堅定致力於實現半島無核化，堅定維護半島和平穩定，堅持通過和平方式解決問題。中方願同韓方就半島問題繼續保持密切溝通和協調，也希望有關各方都為緩和局勢、維護半島和平穩定作出努力。

朴槿惠表示，韓方讚賞並感謝中方作出的建設性努力，願同中方保持溝通和合作。

警方今天表示，中和二警分局員山派出所警員盧承偉獲報後，除在超商附近查訪及調閱畫面外，並沿途尋找男童身影，終於在不遠處發現1名男童身穿條紋上衣、黑色褲子、嘴裡含著奶嘴，與許婦描述特徵相符。

盧承偉詢問附近店家，均表示不認識男童，研判應該是許婦的兒子，於是將他帶回派出所；男童在派出所見到母親立刻嚎啕大哭，嚷著「媽媽抱抱」，許婦也破涕為笑，不斷向警方表達謝意。(中央社)

中華民國核能學會今天表示，前民進黨主席林義雄對核安的疑慮，是對核安資訊的掌握不夠完整。

正展開反核四禁食的林義雄日前撰文指出，核四不是要不要電，更是要不要命的選擇。他指前蘇聯發生車諾比核災後鄰近的歐洲地區新生畸形兒與死亡率增高、美國發生三哩島核災後，美國境內就不再建核電廠等多項質疑。

中華民國核能學會今天舉行記者會，理事長潘欽表示，他們對林義雄反核四的立場予以尊重，也希望林義雄保重身體，但林義雄的質疑應是對核安資訊掌握得不夠完整。

他表示，世界衛生組織（WHO）在2008年明確指出，車諾比事故不會增加民眾除甲狀腺癌以外的罹癌風險，在2013年也明確指出日本福島核災對民眾健康影響極輕微。目前沒有嚴謹的科學文獻曾報導，車諾比核災後，芬蘭與德國的新生兒畸形或死亡率增加。

學會表示，林義雄說1979年美國發生三哩島核災，此後美國境內就不再興建核電廠，但根據國際原子能總署（IAEA）最新統計資料顯示，美國仍有5部興建中的核能機組，全球仍有15國、72部興建中的機組。

潘欽表示，福島核災後，台灣積極進行運轉中及興建中核電廠的安全總體檢，仿歐盟的壓力測試，精進斷然處置措施。核四興建過程中所發現的錯誤已逐步改正，若核四未能通過任何一項安全測試，核能學會也不會支持核四運轉。

對於有人質疑台灣承受不了核災的風險，與會的清大教授李敏表示，民眾不能只考慮「使用核能的風險」，也應考慮「不使用核能的風險」，像是核電能降低二氧化碳排放量、降低對石化燃料的依賴等。
