我是個在家帶小孩的媽媽（stay-at-home mom），同時我也是個網路創業家。

老實說，我選擇創業其實是因為我想當全職媽媽但又不想從此就放棄我喜愛的事業。即使在講究 work-life balance 的美商裡，也很難找到幾間公司願意保證職場媽媽所需要的時間彈性，並同時提供我們在工作上所需要的挑戰、升遷機會、與成就感 。所以我選擇創業。

我們的新創公司最初遇到的挑戰之一，便是要建立一個高效率又低成本的虛擬團隊。同事們除了需具備責任感、願意承受風險、敏銳等特質外，更必須享受工作的樂趣並對自己的工作感到驕傲。除了這些，我們更希望找到具備「獨立」思考（因為新創公司實在沒時間培養員工，大部份都要自己摸索）以及有勇氣說出自己的意見的人（老板不一定總是對的，事實上，她常常是錯的）。

不過…人才總是難尋，工作辛勤認真的人才更難找，工作認真卻還願意接受微薄薪資的人才更是打著燈籠都找不到，所以我到底應該去哪裡挖到這些精英？

在檢視了兩年無數履歷後，我發現原來…. 職場媽媽（Mommy Workers）是我問題的正解之一。

職場媽媽通常可以分為兩種類型：
(1) 在家全職帶小孩但想找份兼職工作的媽媽
(2) 想找個「彈性」全職工作的媽媽

如果能符合我們對團隊的要求，這兩種類型的媽媽對新創公司來說都會是寶貴的資產。不過因為我個人多半是與第一類型接觸，因此這篇文章以第一類型的媽媽們為主角，來談談為什麼她們適合新創團隊。

「金曲歌王」亂彈阿翔與溫嵐，過年前錄製中視除夕節目「旺馬奔騰慶團圓」，播出時畫面卻遭刪，事隔1個多月仍餘波盪漾。

今日出版的《聯合報》報導，表演當天，亂彈阿翔與溫嵐花6小時錄影與彩排，最後播出竟不見兩人，中視曾回應：「製作方已告知唱片公司，因節目太長才不得已剪掉。」近日業界流傳一封神秘簡訊，內容是「旺馬」製作人向種子音樂的道歉文，卻稱兩人畫面遭刪，要歸咎亂彈阿翔演唱表現不佳，「走音又破音」，溫嵐無辜被拖累。相信音樂表示，「沒看過這篇文章，但為何現場不要求重錄，卻直接卡掉。」而溫嵐方面也表示「製作方仍欠我們一個交代。」（方翊倩／綜合報導）

演員紀文惠近年朝歌壇邁進，即將發行第2張專輯的她，新歌《Love is on the way》MV原本找男模合演，不料導演老公吳建新探班時見狀吃醋，二話不說衝進去MV現場，直接改由自己上陣，肥水不落外人田，夫妻倆在MV中相擁、親親樣樣來，看來還是老公最好用，而且又免費。紀文惠近年幾乎消失螢光幕，她透露多半都在擔任福音歌手，在各地演出。（李志展／台北報導）
