52歲婦人因肩頸痠痛去推拿按摩，沒想到返家竟兩腿無力麻木、小便失禁，到醫院檢查發現頸椎3處突出，經手術後才恢復正常。

童綜合醫院今天表示，52歲的吳姓婦人3個月前因肩頸感到痠痛，去做油壓推拿按摩，返家後，不但背部疼痛，兩腿無力且麻木，走路跛行，腳趾、腳掌常沒知覺，連拖鞋都穿不住，甚至大便困難、小便失禁。

童綜合醫院骨科部主任徐少克進行檢查後，發現吳婦頸椎第4節到第7節共3處椎間盤突出，出現壓迫頸髓狀況，經會診神經外科進行頸椎微創減壓手術、頸椎骨融合及動態穩定手術，將突出的頸椎椎間盤軟骨及骨刺切除後，植入人工椎間盤。

吳婦術後恢復良好，住院5天即出院返家休養，大小便失禁、兩腿無力與疼痛等症狀都已消除。

神經外科醫師金若屏表示，頸椎受到外界不當壓力作用，導致髓核軟骨組織突出到椎管，脊神經根和脊髓受到壓迫，可能出現頭頸痛、眩暈、肩頸痠痛、四肢麻木無力、跛行等症狀，甚至大小便失禁、四肢癱瘓等。

金若屏指出，頸椎受推拿、撞擊等外力不當壓迫，或滑手機、玩平板電腦等長期保持固定姿勢時，都會誘發椎間盤退化、破裂突出而壓迫脊髓神經。

醫師提醒，須長期伏案工作、滑手機、打電腦等民眾，要保持正確姿勢，適時休息並活動身體，以防止頸椎的病變發生。

洪仲丘案宣判，最重八個月，家屬氣憤說「無法接受」，洪母眼眶含淚說「不符家屬期待」，洪父和洪姐說「不符社會期待」，將和律師團商議提起上訴。

花蓮就業中心今天邀集27家飯店服務業舉辦聯合徵才，現場釋出332個工作機會，近150名民眾遞送履歷，初步媒合成功69人。

勞動部勞動力發展署北基宜花金馬分署花蓮就業中心主任杜家聲表示，第3年舉辦飯店餐飲服務業聯合徵才活動，並提前在過完年舉辦，紓解年後轉職潮。

杜家聲說，未找到適合工作的民眾也不要氣餒，花蓮就業中心提供「一案到底」服務，客製化專人服務，歡迎求職民眾多加利用。

不過，也有求職民眾反映，徵才訊息未廣泛傳播，許多人都不知道，有些可惜。

今天現場人氣最旺的業者，像是曾記麻糬、捷絲旅飯店、遠雄悅來飯店等收到最多民眾投遞履歷，初步媒合率近5成。
