長男又怎樣～三星遺產還是弟弟的

三星現任會長李健熙（Lee Kun Hee）與兄姐的家族遺產糾紛，是南韓史上最大的爭產大戰。根據彭博報導，首爾高等法院裁定李健熙繼續持有其先父遺產。
這起遺產之爭，始於三星集團創辦人李秉喆（Lee Byung Chul）1987年逝世時，並沒有留下遺囑，星島日報指出，李秉喆的長子李孟熙（Lee Maeng Hee）於2012年2月控告弟弟私吞遺產，隨後其姐李淑熙（Lee Sook Hee）也加入爭奪。
去年2月首爾中央地方法院裁定，李孟熙及其他4名家族成員，無法證明應該獲得三星電子與三星生命保險公司股權，對此李孟熙於去年提請上訴，韓國第一豪門遺產之爭愈演愈烈。
高等法院則於周四駁回這項抗告，維持去年初的判決：三星集團還是李健熙的，保住約40億美元（約新台幣1185億元）資產。據稱李孟熙尚未決定是否將提請上訴，三星集團則未回應這項裁定。
兄弟之間心結已久，中新網引述韓國媒體報導，李孟熙1965年之後曾擔任三星電子副會長，還一度被選為三星集團的繼承者。
但三星創辦人李秉喆去世前，任命三子李健熙為繼承人，打破了由長子繼承家業的傳統，也埋下了兄弟不合的隱患。（張涵君／綜合報導）

豪門爭產真是屢見不鮮啊！話說，1942年出生的李健熙，今年也已經72歲了，想必他應該學會提早規劃交棒事宜了吧？

手機發文 排版混亂請見諒 晚上和家人看HBO在演私法正義 就莫名開始和家人討論某部片 大家怎麼樣都想不起片名 連演員都想不起來 用了一些關鍵字都找不到 我們記得的內容可能會有結尾雷 記得的片段大概是... 老婆因為涉嫌謀殺之類的被關 老公最後有劫獄成功 他們好像有個小孩(?) 案發現場是停車場 最後有個男的(警察?)站在現場思考 想到了一枚滾進排水溝的硬幣上面有真兇的指紋 end 到底什麼片啊啊啊~~ 印象中明明不是難找的片所以覺得自己怎麼那麼蠢 :'0 先謝謝各位版友!! 另外想知道大家對這部片的感想是...? -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 42.76.239.110

icash悠遊卡 跟 悠遊卡有甚麼不同? 我上網查了一下是說icash悠遊卡不管在超商公車捷運都能使用，但悠遊卡不能在超商使用，是這樣嗎? 那如果拿icash悠遊卡在台中做公車是八公里免費嗎?有無其他規定? 那到底是icash悠遊卡還是悠遊卡好?還是推薦其他的呢?
