今天生病在家裡休息沒上班所以有空來發篇文
這幾日有幾篇主題很熱鬧
我也想講講我的想法
關於水族箱的 "新鮮事"
我會每天看~

為什麼會看?
因為己經習慣了
一開始玩時沒有加魚友, 只有現實的好朋友有在玩
垃圾魚剛出來
我是為了我朋友養的
我每天會確認好朋友寶物撿走了, 我才會去收寶物
當15天時間快到時, 會問朋友還需不需要便, 如果需要, 我再續費, 如果不需要我就不續費了~

有一次發現朋友連續幾天沒來撿寶
打電話詢問的結果才知原來朋友生病了
還到醫院去做了手術
休養幾天平日多注意飲食就沒事了

所以現在每天習慣去看一下新鮮事看朋友有沒有來撿寶
如果有
代表朋友一切平安
我們固定幾個月會見面吃飯聊天, 都還會聊到水族箱呢~

另外~
我喜歡看到新鮮事有很多魚友來撿寶
但不喜歡看見同一個名字掃了好幾頁
我是希望魚友撿有需要的魚寶
不需要的魚寶, 留給有需要魚友去撿~~

龍應台：陸片面倡議 是粗暴的

大陸中央電視台日前在北京舉行「兩岸媒體前瞻論壇」提出6點共同倡議。文化部長龍應台今天赴立法院教育及文化委員會報告兩岸文化交流時表示，這是北京單方面粗暴的倡議，已破壞彼此信任的基礎，是負面的示範。希望北京若真心想推動兩岸互信及交流，以後別再做這樣的事情。

龍應台強調，文化部的戰略是必須加深兩岸交流、讓大陸更加了解我們。同時擴大交流，「我們是用文化在反攻大陸。」她希望兩岸前瞻論壇不會受影響。「我們只能在自己辦的論壇，示範給他們看。」

龍應台表示，文化部預定在今年中舉辦兩岸文化前瞻論壇，此一論壇設定為兩岸文化部彼此交流，不涉及公權力。至於兩岸文化協商則涉及廣電及出版，得視兩岸兩會第十次會談何時舉行。

宋達民挨罰3萬元　咆嘯沒人能定我罪

【方佳怡／新北報導】針對藝人宋達民帶著替母親聘雇看護工到北市大佳河濱公園出遊，但受看護人宋母卻未到場，宋達民讓看護工幫忙提東西等舉措，今天經訪談宋達民夫妻及外籍看護工，認定宋達民已違反《就業服務法》第57條第3款規定，家庭看護工不得從事許可以外工作，確定祭出3萬元罰單，過程中宋達民無法接受挨罰，一度大聲咆嘯大喊：「沒有可以定我罪，除了耶穌。」甚至連司法不公詞句都用上，但結束訪談步出會議室，恢復情緒被媒體追問僅說：「勞工局判斷是怎樣就怎樣。」

新北市勞工局另對其未依法函知勞工局變更外勞住宿地，將向北市政府及勞委會釐清，宋達民是否已有報備，若無也已違反《就服法》第57條第9款規定，可處6萬元以上30萬元以下罰鍰，後續也將一併調查釐清，最快2周內會將罰單寄出。

特教生傷人　教育局消極處理致家長恐慌

【郭美瑜／台北報導】台北市南門國中一名特教生上月與王姓學生發生口角，特教生持雨傘戳傷王生眼角、拿剪刀劃傷王生臉頰。王生家長不滿向北市教育局陳情未獲回應，今指控該特教生在校多次推人打人，還曾攜帶美工刀到校，該班學生及家長很恐慌，他盼該特教生轉學。被傷的王生也說，害怕到校遇到該名特教生，不敢上學。接獲陳情的市議員鍾小平則質疑教育局放任不處理，若有其他學生受傷，誰負責？

教育局說，兩生學區皆為南門國中，基於學生受教權，無法要求特教生轉學，現暫安排特教生在資源班及輔導室上課，下學期將安排特教助理員陪伴該生就讀，若有其他學生受傷，該負責的就負責。

南門國中校長李珀玲說，該名特教生平時害怕別人靠近，會自我防衛，曾拿美工刀揮舞，遭記3警告、1小過處分。事發後已將該生安置在資源班及輔導室上課，並向教育局申請特教助理，下學期陪伴該生上課。此外，校方也安排教師入班宣導，教導其他學生如何與特教生相處。至於受傷的王同學，校方也將安排個案輔導。

《港股》陸童裝前景俏 米格國際超額認購逾千倍

童裝品牌米格國際(1247.HK)計劃全球發行1.6億股，其中90%為國際配售，10%在港公開發售，設有15%超額配售，招股價介於1.60-2.32港元，若按中間價1.96港元計算，集資額約2.69億港元。市場消息指出，米格國際共獲逾5萬名投資者認購，超購倍數高達1,125倍。

米格國際是大陸領先的中高端童裝品牌。據弗若斯特沙利文的資料，截至2012年12月31日止年度零售收益計算，「紅孩兒」品牌在中高端童裝品牌中排第二。本期內，公司於大陸中高端童裝市場的佔有率為4.3%；於大陸整個童裝市場的佔有率為1.2%。

米格國際絕大部分產品以批發方式售予分銷商，分銷商則透過其擁有的零售店或次級分銷商或網上銷售平台，把產品銷售予最終客戶。截至2013年6月底，米格有24名分銷商，連同次級分銷商合共經營582間零售店。

投資人看好米格國際，主要是看好大陸的兒童服飾市場潛力，目前大陸嬰童消費正以前所未有的速度增長。而十八屆三中全會「單獨二胎」政策出台後，嬰童人數增速有望加快，並帶動童裝消費增長。機構也預測，2012-2017年間，大陸童裝市場零售額將翻倍增長，複合增長率約20.5%。
