我們公司薪水中，有近3000是屬於績效獎金 年資越久，績效獎金越高，也越沒有保障 因為犯錯都是從個人績效獎金去扣 每次都千元起跳 例如上下班忘記刷卡，一次還兩次就一千起跳，然後再多忘刷一次就變扣兩千 扣三千 上班遲到，超過幾秒就是遲到，幾次也是開始扣錢，千起跳，一千兩千三千 休息10分鐘好了，你刷10分05秒，也是要扣錢，也是千 然後稽核到什麼像是，表單塗改沒簽名蓋章，或是什麼出貨車沒放標示卡 反正如果金額過大，這個月你薪水的3000被扣完 那就繼續扣你下個月，下下個月 想問一下，這樣是合法的嗎?? 薪水也是兩萬多而已，頂多三萬，遲到個幾秒，休息超過一分鐘，一千兩千就被扣 績效獎金這種東西，擺明就是把薪水挪一部份讓公司可以合法扣你錢 像是那種出工作嚴重的大包扣績效獎金兩三千當逞罰我沒話說 但像是遲到幾秒，忘記上下班打卡，休息超過10分鐘 這種也是一千兩千起跳的扣 真的合理嗎? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 125.231.165.249

【李菁豪／高雄報導】陸軍8軍團為防制官兵酒駕想出休假戴上「絕不酒駕」紙手環而挨批，1名退伍的海軍陸戰隊士兵看到《蘋果》報導，感嘆陸軍防制酒駕手環實在太沒美感和創意，今向《蘋果》爆料，其實海軍陸戰隊早在去年就曾發過「矽膠材質的超潮反酒駕運動手環，比起陸軍的粗質劣等品，海軍陸戰隊的手環超有質感美觀又實用。」

海軍陸戰隊反酒駕手環正面寫有禁止「酒、賭、毒、飆、色、逃」6個字，後面是海軍陸戰隊隊徽和英文簡寫「R.O.C.M.C」，告誡海軍陸戰隊官兵不要酒駕、賭博、吸毒、飆車、女色和逃兵，顏色分為綠色、藍色和橘色等多種顏色。

爆料的海軍陸戰隊退伍士兵把手環PO上網，不少網友看完直說「超潮，想戴，哪有賣？可當國軍文創商品販售。」

對此，海軍陸戰隊指揮部政戰主任孫常德少將表示，去年因為海軍陸戰隊流行路跑和鐵人3項比賽，海軍陸戰隊戰鬥支援大隊順應運動潮流，送給大隊部的官兵每人1條運動手環，上面順便寫有一些禁止酒、賭、毒、飆、色、逃的警語，沒有強制規定官兵在營區和休假都要戴著，但現在已經沒有發送這種手環。
