南檢：茂利已二度被查獲賣毒澱粉

台南地檢署今晚6點召開記者會表示，今天在善化區茂利澱粉廠查獲450公噸含有「順丁烯二酸」的毒澱粉，像是番薯粉、太白粉等製品，這已經是繼今年5月之後，該工廠二度被查獲出售毒澱粉給下游廠商。
台南地檢署主任檢察官鍾和憲表示，南市衛生局11月按例抽查澱粉食品，在台南市某夜市一家豆乳雞，查獲該店家使用毒澱粉，追查源頭時查獲上游廠商是善化區茂利澱粉，該廠商疑似出售毒澱粉給各粉行，並供貨到高雄、南投等地，於是通報台南地檢署偵辦。
鍾和憲表示，南檢今天上午前往善化區搜索茂利澱粉廠，封存450公噸毒澱粉，茂利負責人徐東銘坦承，自己不甘5月間被銷毀了32公噸澱粉，還被開罰新台幣12萬元，生意一落千丈，還遭下游廠商大量退貨，於是私藏450公噸的毒澱粉不願銷毀。

抗拒寒冬 冰淇淋業者推第2杯低溫價

【戴安瑋／台北報導】中央氣象局今預告明天台灣北部最低溫攝氏12度，冰淇淋業者COLD STONE明天啟動「凍不凍都要COLD STONE」活動，民眾明日到門市點購2杯經典冰淇淋，則可享第2杯與攝氏12度的低溫價12元，但其中一杯必須是藍色熱氣球。 COLD STONE自2008年起推該活動，為COLD STONE每年的寒流經典活動。氣象局今已預告明天台灣最低溫12度，COLD STONE宣布，明起啟動該活動，至2月28日止，挑戰低溫極限。 COLD STONE說，從明天起至2月28日止(明年春節6天假期除外)，凡中央氣象局前一日下午5時公佈「明日北部地區天氣預報」，只要達低溫攝氏12度(含)以下，即達活動標準，民眾都可到門市點購2杯經典冰淇淋，則可享第2杯與12度C的低溫價12元。 氣象局預報北部地區明日低溫若是11度，第2杯冰淇淋即是11元、若為10度，冰淇淋10元，其中一杯須為藍色熱氣球，另一杯冰淇淋口味可任選。
