中東三國簽協議 引紅海救死海

政治世仇以色列和巴勒斯坦為了拯救死海合作，雙方連同約旦已簽署水協議，將設置一條長達180公里的水道。水道主要功用是把引紅海的水注入死海，以避免死海乾涸。水道每年將輸送二千萬立方公尺的水。

世界最大薑餅屋 可住一家5口

聖誕節快到了，許多應景的禮物都開始出爐，一群美國民眾合力打造了一間全世界最大的立體薑餅屋，大小可以供一家5口居住。這間榮登金氏世界紀錄的薑餅屋，動用近1噸的奶油，參觀所得將捐給當地一家醫院的創傷照顧中心。餅屋完工後，也立即成為蜜蜂的食物來源。

美國德州農工大學附屬「傳統俱樂部」為了慶祝耶誕節，同時為附近一家醫院創傷照顧計畫籌款，特地打造了一間高達6.7公尺的立體薑餅屋，使用了近1噸的奶油、7千顆蛋、與數不清的糖和麵粉。為了讓外觀更有節慶味道，還以超過2萬顆的糖果裝飾，整間巨大的薑餅屋熱量也驚人，高達3千6百萬卡路里。

傳統俱樂部主任霍頓表示，「社區共同投入打造薑餅屋，是最令我感動之處。參與的人都投入極大的努力與精力。」他指出，包括奶油及木材都是民眾慷慨捐贈，而且為了確保安全，已向相關單位申請使用執照與防火證明。

這間薑餅屋完工後，每天吸引超過600名遊客參觀，也榮登最大薑餅屋的金氏世界紀錄頭銜，打破2006年美國明尼蘇達州創下的紀錄，開幕期間所得款項共15萬美金，約台幣443萬元。

參觀薑餅屋兒童收費2美金（約台幣59元），成人3美金（約台幣89元），預計在今年12月14日正式結束。現在最費工的不是吸引人潮，而是外牆修復工作，因為日曬雨淋會造成外牆食物脫落，因此，每天還要有人仔細巡視、立即修補。薑餅屋完工後，也立即成為蜜蜂的食物來源，工作人員還需特地聘請捕蜂人前來幫忙，另外，一次便捕捉了多達2千隻的不速之客。

霍頓表示，結束參觀期後，屋內的木材與設備都將轉贈給有需要的單位，讓民眾的愛心能持續傳承下去。

Afcb80f3afb00557f265ac9555ab6648 2011 年，Google 首次宣佈將在亞洲建立自己的資料中心，以滿足亞洲快速增長的用戶需求。香港資料中心是 Google 在亞洲計畫修建的三座資料中心當中的一個，預計投資在 3 億美元；另外兩個分別在臺灣 (3 億美元) 以及新加坡 (1.2 億美元)。

TNW 消息，Google 已經放棄在香港修建資料中心的計畫。

據 Google 相關發言人介紹，香港資料中心較高的營運成本和很難找到足夠寬敞的土地是放棄該項目的主要原因。

2011 年，Google 首次宣佈將在亞洲建立自己的資料中心，以滿足亞洲快速增長的用戶需求。香港資料中心是 Google 在亞洲計畫修建的三座資料中心當中的一個，預計投資在 3 億美元；另外兩個分別在臺灣 (3 億美元) 以及新加坡 (1.2 億美元)。按計劃，三座資料中心將使得 Google 服務在亞洲區的速度提升 30% 以上。

據悉，臺灣和新加坡的資料中心並不會受此消息影響，同時，Google 發言人也表示，儘管放棄了香港資料中心的專案，Google 並不會縮減在香港的業務。

東北風夾帶污染　雲嘉南和高屏達紅色警戒

【陳亮諭／綜合報導】中央氣象局指出，因東北風夾帶大陸地區的污染物南下，前晚北部地區明顯感受到空氣品質不良的狀態，昨天污染物更隨東北風擴散至中南部地區、西半部及澎湖、金門、馬祖都有觀測到霾的現象。外出建議戴口罩，有呼吸道系統疾病、容易過敏及抵抗力較弱的長者及幼童，盡量避免在戶外從事劇烈活動。

環保署空品監測網今天指出，受東北季風挾帶境外污染物移入影響，11日至13日台灣各地和離島地區空氣品質為普通至不良等級，全台各地懸浮微粒度仍偏高，局部地區可能出現揚塵天氣。雲嘉南和高屏地區今天擴散條件差，空氣污染指標（PSI）為95到115，已達紅色警戒不良等級。

氣象局表示，今天仍為東北季風影響的天氣，早晚氣溫較低，今天清晨各地低溫約15到17度；白天高溫預計和昨天差不多，北部及東北部約18到19度，中南部及花東在20到25度，整體來說，北台灣一整天偏涼，南台灣早晚涼而白天舒適。因華南持續有中層水氣移入，全台各地雲量仍偏多，迎風面的東半部地區有短暫雨，北部地區及中南部地區也會有局部性的短暫雨，多數時間是多雲到陰的天氣。

請問應該要辦怎樣的智慧手機 想要螢幕大 但又要好拿 打電動應該也不太需要 可是只能綁約 又想等到PADPHONE出新款的時候 買PADPHONE 可是要綁約那就不能買 現在錢買不下INFINITY 不知道自己需要怎樣的智慧手機 希望不要太爛 4.7吋以上 HTC 或 SONY 滑起來要順(所以SONY可以買嗎?) 要有專案最好有大省 然後帶在身上 不會被人家覺得好像有點窮這樣的手機 請問大家推薦? -- 天空有烏雲飄過 就陪你一起等候 你在害怕什麼 我在雨後城市看見彩虹 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.167.66.243

上傳俊俏美麗的照片交友已經落伍了，現在上傳影片才是王道，就像電影《金法尤物》的女主角為了進入哈佛法律系就讀，精心拍攝影片推銷自己一樣。而如今隨著智慧手機蓬勃發展，自拍影片更加容易。

第一個影音社群WonderLoop，主打年輕富豪交友、找合作夥伴的社群網路

WonderLoop是全球第一個影音社群網路，10月底才正式推出，希望顛覆民眾的交友方式，藉著類似現實生活的第一印象，幫你認識新朋友、事業夥伴或潛在客戶。

除了以影音交友，WonderLoop的另一項特色是，許多會員是年輕富豪，媲美富二代的Instagram。

30歲的挪威創辦人Hanna Aase表示：「在社群媒體中看不到年輕富豪，因為他們都在WonderLoop。」。

WonderLoop以僅限邀請的模式運作，目前只開放iOS用戶使用。接獲邀請的會員可上傳20秒的自我介紹影片，個人檔案包含名字、地理位置與顯示個人興趣的各式標籤。不過，遊戲規則是先上傳影片才能觀看別人的檔案，這樣才有誠意，但可以隨時變換影片。

用戶可以依地理位置或個人興趣，搜尋志同道合的朋友，也可以傳送訊息給對方、把對方加到我的最愛，或介紹給其他用戶。這種運作方式和交友平台Tinder有點像，但不限於戀愛對象，也可以是事業夥伴或客戶。
