捱過Tommy John　江少慶、李振昌革命情感 記者吳婷雯／高雄報導 去年赴美的印地安人投手江少慶，菜鳥球季就進行Tommy John手術，所幸復健苦悶的 日子，有學長李振昌陪伴，兩人也因此培養出革命情感。 11日青棒訓練營，江少慶和李振昌一起練球，他也打算接下來跟著學長到台南自主訓 練，「想讓李振昌學長驗收我最近的練球結果，也從他身上多挖一點寶。」 江少慶上個月剛滿20歲，去年在印地安人新人聯盟只亮相1次就進廠維修，他說受傷前 毫無症狀，只覺得手會痠，直到有一次模擬賽聽到手肘發出「啪」的一聲才去醫院檢 查，確定是韌帶撕裂傷，「復健兩個月都沒用，最後決定開刀。」 李振昌也在去年相同時間動Tommy John手術，兩人在術後一起復健，互相鼓勵，江少 慶說當時自己加強了肌力，身體狀況比去美國前還好，現在最快球速可以到93哩(約 150公里)。 今年季末復出，雖然只投1局，但因為表現不錯，教練團也決定讓江少慶返台休息，不 用加入秋季聯盟。 印地安人球團要李振昌1月5日提前回美國報到，江少慶說，「我自己也計畫1月中回去 ，早點準備明年球季。」 http://www.ettoday.net/news/20131211/305871.htm -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.240.35.123

補習班與學生的學費糾紛不斷，民進黨立委管碧玲今天指出，常有民眾陳情，繳了補習班學費後，若有事無法繼續上課，卻無法退費，只能任憑補習班刁難；想辦理解約，卻發現補習班竟以分期付款為幌子招攬學生，實際上卻以學生個人信用做擔保，向銀行申請辦理小額貸款，解約不但要付違約金、償還貸款給銀行，還要繳銀行上千元的帳管費，等於被剝兩層皮。

管碧玲提案增修「補習及進修教育法」第二十三條之一，如學生因故無法繼續進修者，補習班應依其就讀期間退還學生所繳費用；另要求教育部應制定補習班退費基準與方式，供業者遵循。此外，也要求補習班不得仲介學生與金融業者簽訂貸款契約，否則該契約無效，業者同時還要處十萬到五十萬元罰鍰。該案明天將在教育文化委員會審查。
