NBA／爛隊也能進季後賽？聯盟考慮更改分組制度

雖然NBA聯盟決策總是褒貶不一，至少，他們一直在思變。

2013-14年球季開戰1個月餘，東區大西洋組龍頭竟然是勝率不到5成的波士頓塞爾提克，讓聯盟開始檢討現行季後賽晉級規則的弊病。

「這些年來，我從David Stern身上學到一個習慣，就是每天早上醒來，先想想我該做些甚麼。」聯盟副主席、現任執行長Stern接班人Adam Silver說。

「分組的問題，就是其中之一。」Silver說。

依聯盟現行規定，各分組冠軍將保證獲得季後賽各自分區前4種子資格，但如果照目前事態發展，塞爾提克將以不到5成勝率搶下東區前4名，相當荒謬。

印尼將執行出口禁令，LME三個月基本金屬期貨走高

倫敦金屬交易所(LME)3個月基本金屬期貨6日因庫存下滑、印尼重申將執行出口禁令而走高，但美元匯率上揚令其漲幅受限。

Thomson Reuters報導，LME3個月銅期貨自週四的7,068美元升至7,122美元；錫自22,975美元升至23,150美元；鋁自1,758美元升至1,779美元；鋅自1,897美元升至1,905美元；鎳自13,750美元升至13,760美元；鉛自2,085美元升至2,093美元。

LME銅庫存創2月中旬以來新低，對銅價購成支撐。全球最大銅消費國中國11月主要原物料進口量預估將高於10月，主要是受到冬季前夕庫存回補需求的激勵。此外，印尼重申礦石出口禁令將如期自2014年1月12日起開始實施。

彭博社報導，PT Freeport Indonesia總裁董事總裁董事表示，印尼Grasberg銅礦(註：全球第二大)產量可能會降至最大產量的30-40%。印尼是全球最大鎳生產國。

核四安檢測試　尚有2成7未完成

【許麗珍／台北報導】經濟部今召開「核四安檢專家監督小組」第12次會議，會後宣布，台電公司強化安全檢測小組自5月初起開始執行核四廠系統再檢視共126個系統，至本月8日止共已完成並通過92個系統，約占7成3比率，另有28系統改善中，6個系統未完成移交。

經濟部表示，近期完成的重要測試再驗證包括儀用空氣系統、主汽機系統及地震監測系統等。主汽機系統是重要的發電功能系統，配合之前已完成測試再驗證的發電機系統，核四廠發電系統的主要功能均已獲得驗證。

針對外界質疑核四安檢小組撤離，經濟部強調強化安全檢測小組並未撤離，而是進行人力調整，現階段已完成多數系統再檢視工作以及對已通過第1次試運轉測試系統的再驗證工作，其他尚待澄清項目，要等完成改善後，才能再繼續依排程時機執行。
