民進黨立委許添財、邱志偉，和文化大學董事長張鏡湖一同召開記者會，指出台中市長胡志強兼任文化大學董事，但卻不依規定出席校董會，從民國98年2月到102年2月召開41次會議中，胡志強就缺席了35次，影響校務運作。

文大董事長張鏡湖指出，召開41次會議中，胡志強就缺席了35次，造成15次董事會流會，今年起新的一屆董事會更是4次會議全部缺席，教育部兩次評鑑委員，都認為這個是文大校務的重大缺失，胡志強請假理由都是「因故」，張鏡湖質疑，無論公務員或老師學生，「可不可以簡簡單單講因故而不說明理由請假？」

另外張鏡湖指出，今年新董事選舉完後，將名單報到教育部，才發現胡志強擔任台中市長，應經行政院核准，但胡志強卻自行核准，使新董事會拖延成立，造成原校長吳萬益任期到期，無法參選連任，張鏡湖批評，「為什麼因為胡志強的事情，造成校長不能連任競選？」認為胡志強已不適任。另外他點名同樣是董事的立法院副院長洪秀柱，也常缺席董事會。

（軍聞社記者莊家宏臺北十二日電）國防部後勤次長室後勤綜合處處長施武樵上校今天在例行記者會中強調，國軍於今年國產農產品盛產期間，全力配合行政院農委會辦理相關推廣促銷作業，以紓解產銷失衡，穩定市場價格，保障農民收益。

　施武樵表示，國軍每年藉由副食供應通路，以現行部隊伙食團集中採購方式與農委會農產品供銷合作機制，於農產品盛產期向國軍各伙食團宣導促銷，並以推廣鼓勵方式，請各級部隊主官協助宣導採購；另為提供官兵多元選擇，促銷期間也將維持多樣蔬果供應，讓國軍官兵吃得健康、吃得營養。

　國防部自年初迄今，配合農委會於各項農產品盛產期間，辦理國產香蕉等13項農產品促銷總計3,518公噸、總採購金額達新臺幣93,120,345元整。

　此外，國防部未來將賡續配合農委會，在農產品盛產期間辦理採購，協助紓解產銷失衡及保障農民收益，發揚國軍愛民助民傳統，展現軍民一家精神。

據英國《每日郵報》報導, 英國55歲農民喬伊·米肖(Joy Michaud)種的名叫『火樹』的辣椒苗，結出1000多個世界最辣辣椒——多賽特納加(Dorset Naga)，每一個辣椒的史高維爾辣度指標高達120萬，一般的紅辣椒也才3萬。

根據環球網報導，米肖建議在處理多賽特納加時，要帶兩副手套，最好帶上護目鏡，這樣才能保護自己不被辣椒弄傷。嚐一小口這種辣椒就能導致眼睛乾燥灼痛，流鼻涕，不停地打嗝。米肖已經為該辣椒提交了金氏世界紀錄申請表。

多賽特納加是由印度東北部產的娜迦默里奇(Naga Morich)改進的，通常情況下多賽特納加的史高維爾辣度指標為80萬，由於今年夏天氣溫比往年高，所以辣椒才會變得更辣。2005年，米肖就開始種植辣椒，向當地農場出售，8個辣椒3英鎊。

...這時間感覺日本人很多，可以睡飽飽再出發回日本， 台灣人出發去玩應該都會搭早一點的...但是沒拍的照片，算是最好吃的東西， 日本的雞肉有特別好吃耶，不知道是不是心理作用...
