標題[問題] 桃園哪裡有比較專業改自行車的店?

最近剛接觸單車；我是門外漢。 昨天剛好逛到新光三越的"城市綠洲"專櫃，有看到一些腳踏車零件； 但是，我沒到它賣大盤。 店員說，中正路(大興西路附近)的"城市綠洲"有比較多東西，就有賣大盤。 另外，聽說以前在文中路比較靠西邊的交流道路口有"假日"Giant； 它會改車，還有先改好的車。但是，昨天去找，沒有店；聽說它一年前就休息了。 我想去看現成的東西，瞭解一下。 尤其是目前想看大盤。有一次在新屋往永安漁港的路上，體會到公路車的速度； 還有，他好像改了大盤；腳幾乎沒踏幾圈，就飛走了XD 感謝！(問題大約如標題。想問賣零件或改車……等等的地方。) -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 115.43.183.32

繼9月政爭後，10月又有食安問題造成民心不安。國泰台大產學合作計畫團隊認為，食安問題對景氣衝擊不大，第4季景氣將在歐美節慶帶動下復甦，惟力道不強，估第4季經濟成長季增率約1%，全年經濟成長率將調降至2.1%到2.2%間。

國泰台大產學合作計畫團隊昨（5）日發布依據「台灣月GDP與經濟氣候預測」模型最新結果，認為年底前經濟氣候可望維持在「朗」的狀態，今年台灣經濟成長率僅可維持「2013年保3可能性微，破二危機性弱」的態勢不變，但面臨下修壓力。

我們先來看看這一年多來，發生在台灣社會不太起眼的幾個社會事件。

公車上的跌倒姊

去年有個公車「跌倒姊」，不知為何在公車上跌倒的機率頗高，報載2年就摔倒4次，並向司機求償最高有100萬元之譜，根據報載，雖然多以幾萬元和解收場，但「跌倒姊」甚至有一天就曾提出兩件告訴的情形發生。

助跑姊與跳跳哥

最近行車記錄器錄下的「助跑姊」與「跳跳哥」，他們等在路邊伺機等待路過車輛，之後（助跑）往車輛衝假裝被撞，再向路過的車主要求賠償。

這樣的案件，在以往只會被認為是單純的交通事故，後來發現其中「案情並不單純」，「助跑姐」與「跳跳哥」經常是想要「製造」駕駛人的過失，受到被撞的損害，然後要駕駛人提出一筆金錢和解，以求賠償。

網路訟棍族

聊天室、PTT，「網路訟棍族」的存在早已是司空見慣的事。他們在話題當中，特別挑釁、激怒他人，讓人們一時情緒性未經思考、即口出惡言，然後以對方涉嫌「公然侮辱」提告為要脅，使人拿出一筆筆的和解金，以避免到法院涉訟。

威脅要告，是一門好生意？

魯道夫．馮．耶林（Rudolf von Jhering），這位19世紀著名的德國法學家，他著稱於世、流傳百年的一篇演講《為權利而鬥爭》（Der Kampf um’s Recht）(註)，是所有念法律系一年級的學生都知道的文章。

當中提到的「勿為不法，勿寬容不法」，鼓勵權利受到侵害的人不該忍受，應該挺身而出對抗不法，也是所有法律人所琅琅上口的名句。

或許是確實是受到歐美「為權利而奮鬥」此等觀念的影響，或許是因為《易經》當中「訟，終兇」的觀念早已褪流行，或是因為民智已開、民眾越來越懂得保護自己的權利，或是看到美國民眾動輒以小小的「受害」、獲得大大的賠償，這樣的彌補機制，最近被發揮得淋漓盡致，早已超越了填補損害的目的，而訴訟似乎已經變成了一種賺錢工具了。

英國「世界新聞報」竊聽案審判今天舉行聽審，調查世界新聞報如何竊聽英國失蹤少女道勒的手機語音訊息。本案導致媒體大亨梅鐸經營的世界新聞報走入歷史。

檢察官表示，世界新聞報（News of the World）2002年對13歲少女道勒（Milly Dowler）報導的第1和第2套版本不同，移除了引用道勒語音訊息的部分。道勒後來被發現遭謀殺。

據法院聽審，時任總編輯的梅鐸（Rupert Murdoch）愛將布魯克斯（Rebekah Brooks）當時正在度假，但仍和副總編柯爾遜（Andy Coulson）就報導版本進行聯繫。

布魯克斯和柯爾遜都否認世界新聞報竊聽指控。民眾得知道勒的手機成為鎖定目標後大為反感，導致梅鐸於2011年7月關閉世界新聞報。

布魯克斯於2011年7月被捕，當局稍後以共謀非法竊聽行動電話語音信箱、授權賄賂官員和阻撓警方調查、妨礙司法程序等罪名起訴她。布魯克斯否認這些指控。
