歐盟執委會5日發表新的能源綱領，指出歐盟可能會停止對再生能源提供昂貴且爭議性高的補貼，並為各會員國援助天然氣及燃煤發電廠以建立備 電力開啟了大門。

歐盟主管能源事務的執委歐亭格指出，「市場的最終目標是對所有民眾與企業提供可靠且負擔得起的能源。政府的干預必須支持這些目標；必須符合成本─效益考量，並隨環境改變而調適。當太陽下山，風也停止吹時，仍必需生產電力。」要確保備 電力無虞，必須興建新的電廠，而這些電廠將能得到國家的支持。

執委會指出，再生能源的投資成本已經下降，因此政府現在可以減少對再生能源的支持。但歐盟不能接受各會員國政府對核電的補助。

[問題] fonepad V3.2.5還可以ROOT嗎? 最近下載一個遊戲 Ingress 因為會使用Ingress intel去看地圖會用到flash player的功能 www.ingress.com/intel 主要是看這個網頁(有用到flsah player) IITC MOBILE也無法正常顯示 puffin free板也無法完全正常顯示 www.ingress.com/intel 試著用V3.2.4 的ROOT檔去 ROOT V3.2.5 結果顯示找不到檔案,無法ROOT. 麻煩知道的說一下,謝謝. -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.228.36.204

標題[問題] 怎麼恢復桌面圖示的捷徑箭頭

我的系統是win8.1 之前在網路上看到人家移除捷徑箭頭的方式 下載了一個空白ico(Empty.ico)然後把它複製到C:\Windows底下 接著就按了他附的登錄檔 那登錄檔應該只是把HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\lnkfile裡面的機碼IsShortcut刪掉吧? 之後就成功了 可是偶爾重開機那個透明圖示Empty.ico會變成不是透明的，變成整個黑掉的圖片 後來就索性把那ico圖片刪掉 發現登錄檔裡面IsShortcut還在，又把它刪掉一次 現在是都正常，已經沒有箭頭圖示，也不會變黑色 可是我發現........我已經分不出哪個是捷徑哪個是檔案了 我想改回來可是改不回來 登錄檔裡面IsShortcut每次刪完開機都會在 還是是我箭頭的ico不見了?我看我桌機XP的C:\Windows好像也沒圖片 除了在HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\lnkfile增加機碼為IsShortcut 還有其他方案嗎? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 218.161.11.248 ※ 編輯: taotiehs 來自: 218.161.11.248 (11/06 00:26) ※ 編輯: taotiehs 來自: 218.161.11.248 (11/06 00:27)

衛生福利部上周發出烏龍公文，立委爆料這項公文是部長邱文達指示，並有油廠施壓，並有一位「高主任」獻策撤銷原公文，將事件定調為誤繕。衛生福利部次長許銘能今早全盤否認。

許銘能今早在立法院表示，「部內沒有高主任，絕對沒有接到廠商施壓電話。」他說，邱文達部長是指示，10月31日要完成油品脂肪酸檢驗，並向民眾公布結果。
