餐廳名稱：天鍋宴 消費時間：2013年/10月(例：2010年/7月，必填項目，違者刪文) 地址：台北市士林區天母北路66-1號 (內外標題皆請附上地區！) 電話：02-2873-3466 營業時間：12:00~23:00 每人平均價位：$330起，共鍋加＄100 有無包廂：NO 網誌圖文版：http://0rz.tw/dIWAw 文字版： 冬天到了，這冷冷的天氣，吃鍋還是很享受的。 選了間位在天母北路上的小火鍋，每次經過人都超多的，還好有事先訂位。 只是到了訂位時間，就這樣站在門口，大概等了十幾塊二十分鐘， 還在等服務人員收桌子，就可以知道生意有多好。 櫃台。 整個店內的座位大概50個，位置雖然不多， 但其實很寬敞，做起來很舒適。 而且很機動，如果有不同的兩組2人客人， 只要中間插個排子就可以立刻分隔成兩區。 天鍋宴的價格，大約是$330起。 菜盤給得非常豐盛。 除了各式各樣的、蒟蒻、番茄之外，還有蘋果跟兩種不同的金針菇。 一個人吃一份真的是非常非常飽足的! 換個角度再拍一張。會發現，還有南瓜呢。 附餐選的是王子麵。 主餐點的是梅花豬$330。 梅花豬的油花分布的很均勻，上面還有半顆小金吉。 另外，牛肉選的是雪花牛$330。 牛肉的油花也很美。 金針菇一種是一般的，另外一種是有機的金針菇。 記得第一次吃到的時候，還傻傻地想說怎麼金針菇這麼嘿。 姊妹點的雞肉蛤蜊鍋， 旁邊還有一小杯酒。 先用酒淋在雞肉上，在開始煮鍋。 除了很嫩的雞肉，另外還有幾朵香菇跟枸杞。 雞肉份量也不少， 大概是一整隻大雞腿。 粉紅透亮，跟微微的酒香。 這裡的位置大概有五十個。 醬料區、飲料吧台區、還有冰品區。 因為去的時候正好是用餐的熱門時段， 所以醬料區擠乎隨時都擠滿了人。 醬料區除了基本的沙茶、醬油、蔥末、蒜泥、香菜、辣椒之外， 讓我印象深刻的是還有像是蒜酥、花生粉、豆瓣醬等特別的醬料。 可以很豐富的自由搭配。 甜點西米露，也是自助式的。我們這次真的吃得太飽， 所以甜點是完全都沒吃到，無法提供心得。 冷飲區也有好幾種選擇， 柳橙汁、茉莉綠茶、檸檬冬瓜冰沙跟葡萄冰沙。 冷飲的部分，還有旁邊的可樂。 波蜜、雪碧、甚至很貼心的還有zoro。 當然還有熱飲，提供熱開水跟茶包讓你自己選擇。 冰品更是琳瑯滿目。 除了甜筒冰淇淋之外，還有曠世奇派冰棒。 第一次在火鍋店看到可以吃到飽的曠世奇派， 這也太令人驚艷了。 不過可惜我們吃得太飽太飽， 一口都吃不下了。 整體來說，是讓人印象很不錯的小火鍋。 菜盤很豐盛，種類很多， 一般吃小火鍋，真的吃得很飽很飽， 在這裡共鍋收費$100，因為還會另外再給一個湯底， 所以也算是很不錯的了。 -- -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.248.70.94
