【蔡智銘／台中報導】31歲的梁姓越籍勞工昨天從台中火車站搭豐原客運前往太平區，梁男一上車，就以隨身攜帶的塑膠桶當成椅子，坐在一名長相清秀，有著一雙丹鳳眼的女大生旁，並趁機用手及腿碰觸、磨蹭女大生的身體，女大生閃避，沒想到梁男卻沒有停止的意思，還故意利用人多擁擠的機會，故意靠向女大生，還用台語詢問女大生叫什麼名字。
 
受害女大生不堪其擾，氣得起身通知吳姓駕駛，將公車開往派出所，報警處理，一名在車籠埔服役的阿兵哥也跳出來指證梁男的犯行，嫌犯雖然矢口否認，但今天還是被依涉嫌違反「性騷擾防治法」移送法辦。

立委蔡煌瑯今（28）日在立院提出質疑，認為國安單位採購具有大陸軍方背景華為公司生產的通訊產品，很可能有洩密的疑慮，調查局稍晚回應，它們從未購買行動網卡，但在去年向中華電信申租一組行動電話門號做為內部專用網路群祖，但相關資料有其限制，因此沒有外洩問題。

蔡煌瑯上午在立院質詢時指出，政府機關最近一年採購不少華為通訊產品，其中又以調查局採購E173型行動網卡為最大宗，共有有124支，他擔憂機密資料可能有安全疑慮，因而危害國安。

調查局表示，它們從未購買華為公司E-173行動網卡。調查局去年向中華電信申租一群行動電話門號，用來建立內部網路群組，但並不清楚中華電信所提供的行動網路卡，是向哪家公司採買而來。

但調查局強調，內部專用網路群組是封閉網路，資料僅能在中華電信機房設定並限制的封閉網路內傳送，無法外傳到Internet或其他地方，因此並無資料外洩的問題。
