【大紀元2013年10月26日訊】（大紀元記者李平編譯報導）據《國家郵報》報導，加拿大法官愛尼斯（Peter Annis）在最近一份入籍公民居住要求裁決書中裁定，加拿大國籍的價值是世界上獨一無二的，只有在這裡居住足夠的時間才能充分理解其價值。

愛尼斯說，這一裁決雖超出司法界定範圍，但要成為加拿大公民，還得取決於對他人的尊重，以及有意願面對文化、社會和經濟方面的挑戰來解決彼此之間的差異。

他說，自己非常認同前聯邦法官莫爾東（Francis Muldoon）的觀點，即要成為加拿大公民，不是件可以馬上實現的事情，而是要通過真正住在這裡才能獲取的一種經驗，這是因為加拿大的生活和社會只有加拿大才有，其他地方沒有。

*巴裔移民僅住150天就拿到公民身份

愛尼斯對加拿大國籍價值的這番定義，起因是此前一名叫納文（Fatima Naveen）的巴基斯坦裔醫學院學生在加拿大僅居住150天就拿到了公民身份，遠遠低於公民法要求的3年居住期限。

納文2004年隨父母移民加拿大成為永久居民，抵加後居住在安省烈治文山，4天後前往美國加州繼續學業，在後來的4年中，她回到加拿大居住的時間非常少，但還是在2007年提交公民申請。

她在申請中辯稱，自己雖僅在學校放假時回加拿大居住，總計居住時間雖僅十幾週，但已和父母一道以加拿大為中心，並打算完成學業後加拿大定居。

她的這一說法得到公民法官認可，2012年，納文被授予公民身份，但被聯邦公民與移民部上訴。上週五，聯邦法庭裁定，納文沒有在加拿大住夠入籍所要求的時間，因此公民身份不成立，駁回公民法官此前裁定。

愛尼斯在裁決書中說，如果有人將在其他民主原則、政治和文化與加拿大相似的任何國家學習，當作是加拿大歸化經驗的話，就等於是說加拿大在國籍和其他相關事務方面和其他國家沒有區別。另外，歸化加拿大，也不是通過這種父母和國外學習的孩子之間的反滲透實現。

他說，此前人們對公民法不斷出現誤讀，甚至認為有的人只需住夠1095天居住要求的一個零頭，就可獲得公民身份，因此出現以前還曾有學生僅居住了79天，就獲得了公民身份的情況。他說，事實上，公民法要求的是，申請公民必須得實際住夠要求的時間，或其他入籍要求的類似情況。

【唐慧穎／綜合報導】黃小琥、蕭煌奇「沒那麼簡單」演唱會走過香港、美國、新加坡、澳門、北京等地之後，昨天在天津人民體育館熱唱，一開場熱歌串燒《熱情的沙漠》、《我的歌聲裏》等膾炙人口的歌曲，天津粉絲一展熱情尖叫聲，讓「滅絕師太」黃小琥心情大好，現場為蕭煌奇開始徵婚，女歌迷紛紛大聲喊「選我」，蕭煌奇露出害羞神情。而鐵肺王子楊培安也站台力挺，飆超高音天津人大讚好聲音。

我買的行動電源總共有五顆電源燈 以前充電會看電力剩多少隨著電力一個燈兩個燈三個燈四個燈五個燈閃爍 直到五個燈全亮就表示充滿了

昨天充手機不小心把行動電源的電全用完 之後要充電變成五個燈一直閃一直閃

從沒發生這種情況 請問是哪邊出了問題
