　小弟最近收到鴻海此事業群的硬體研發工程師的口頭offer，目前正在等簽呈中，想來請 教各位問題： 1.我收到的是e-mail offer，也回信跟HR確認過報到意願了，HR說他們事業群跑簽呈的時 　間比較短（約兩週），也跟板上說的一樣"有可能"被檔；但大家都知道，最討厭的就是 　這個but..我的理解是已經七八成錄取了，以各位的經驗來看這樣對嗎？ 2.其實也跟第一點相關，主管面試我時對於我的求職劣勢（大學成績）看都不看，說他注 　重的是我的人格特質以及未來發展性，但我的劣勢在往上送的過程中會不會成為被檔的 　點呢？因為爬之前的文章有說過好像會看平均成績..但面試主管又說他完全不看。 3.此事業群的部門風氣如何？小弟之前面試的時後對於面試過程以及工作內容太興奮，因 　為整個就是非常符合我想要的。但我連加班風氣、內部福利等等完全沒有問，雖然若有 　錄取我一定會去，但還是想先知道個大概！ 4.如果我直接打去HR問他們簽呈跑的狀況，甚至跟他們要主管的聯絡方式，這樣子會很冒 　昧嗎？我真的好想要趕快知道結果or至少知道目前進度.. 5.最後一點，這個事業群在整個集團中評價如何？ 　謝謝各位的回答，好像要趕快拿到正式的offer啊！ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.64.149.73

標題[請問] Word如何複製頁面

【陳郁仁/台北報導】總統馬英九昨接受《華盛頓郵報》專訪，在專訪中，華郵詢問馬總統近期是否會跟中國國家主席習近平見面？馬總總回答「我們的基本態度是，如果兩岸領導人要會面，一定是在我方國家有需要、人民能支持，同時是在一種對等尊嚴的狀態下才有可能」。

專訪中也提到，馬最近的低民調，可能來自於電價的調漲和對立法院長王金平間的權力鬥爭。馬總統對此回應，民調低可能是因為國內要改革，引來批評，但他在兩岸關係和國內政策方面不會有所改變。他強調我國在很多地方都有進步，或許不是每個人都可以理解，「但我們要做必需要做的事情，且會完成它。」

【陳郁仁/台北報導】總統馬英九昨接受《華盛頓郵報》專訪，根據總統府提供的訪問紀錄，馬在專訪中說，美國對台軍售是評估台美關係的一個標準，且我國有些武器希望向美國採購，但目前還沒辦法採購到，例如潛艦就是其中之一，「我們所需要的防禦性武器，有部分可以自己製造，有部分則需向美方採購，對我們而言，維持一個具有嚇阻力的國防力量極為重要」。

華郵詢問，有人認為由於中國大陸政經權力不斷崛起，美國對臺灣的支持已大幅下降，馬總統回應，這只是美國少數學者主張，不是學界主流，美國要重返亞洲，中華民國在亞洲扮演的角色非常重要。台美除了安全與經濟方面，在反恐、防止核子擴散、防止具大規模殺傷力武器的擴散，以及防制人口販運等都有合作。

【陳智偉／綜合外電報導】日圓升值突破97，1美元兌日圓一度來到96.94，加上中國人民銀行（人行）緊縮銀根不鬆手，「錢荒」陰影持續擴大，亞洲股市午盤由日本、中國領跌，表徵亞太股市整體行情的MSCI亞太指數重挫0.9%。
 
亞太各國股市午盤普遍走跌，以日股日經225指數大跌2.4%最重，中國股市也跌近1%，南韓則下跌0.9%，惟澳洲逆勢上漲0.3%，紐西蘭也勁揚0.6%。

標題[請益] 請問哪邊可以收購換下的車殼零件?

這個問題不是很知道要怎麼搜尋關鍵字~"~ 先前曾經和停在一旁的機車發生擦撞 (他靜止的我撞上去的) 當時力道不大 因為是在轉彎處有些煞車不及 本來就有放慢速度 但還是撞倒對方的車 造成些擦痕 但還是賠了對方 前側車殼板 車燈殼(幾乎沒擦痕) 排煙隔燙板 機車是 Tigra彪虎125的曠野灰 舊的有小擦痕的車板材料 都是一小道擦痕而已 都沒有裂開 對方拆下換新的後 就把舊的還給我 說還可以賣掉 沒有烙碼 不知道永和有沒有機車材料行 或者有人有意收購? 先謝謝大家推文了> ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 60.251.56.79

【黃彥傑／台北報導】台北市消防局今天上午11時許接獲報案，中山北路5段發生1起車禍，1輛機車疑似車速過快，壓到貓眼石摔倒，與1輛公車發生擦撞，騎士當場倒地不起，且機車因磨擦馬路有冒煙情況，恐有起火燃燒之虞；警消獲報後，已派出人車趕抵現場，發現騎士腿骨折，趕緊將他送醫急救。
